While Ovron is an actual company, they piggy back into an HP Support number my wife found in an AI summary (dumb in us) to fix our HP PC which has been suffering a restart loop. Their efforts seemed to work after we gave them access to our comp and they did not ask for any major password, etc except to have me enter somethings my self to pay at the end. They charged us 150 dollars. They also attempted to get us to purchase a firewall for 300 to 400 dollars. However, as soon as we got off with them our computer continued restarting at greater frequency. I called them back to attempt a refund, but they only tried to reconnect me to a tech and when I suggested they were a scam they attempted to deny. I looked them up and then disputed the charge on my bank account. When I informed them of the dispute, they immediately hung up after angrily saying I no longer needed their help.

Both Victor and Brad did an excellent job explaining what they were doing and efficiently repairing my printer issues due to a new router installation. I am especially happy with no wait times to talking to either of them. Thank you guys!!
