Excellent customer service! I had a very specific vision in mind, and Mike McGivern exceeded my expectations!

While it’s surely a very small thing to anyone else, the rings Mike made for my sons hold incredible meaning in my family. The ring is gold with a lapis stone with a family crest from Scotland carved into it. It is incredibly detailed and should be intricate enough that you can use it to seal wax. It does. The tradition goes back generations for us. Every one of us receives it when we graduate high school or turn 18. I had a moment last night when both boys were home and wearing their rings and I actually choked up. It means they’re grown and heading to chart their own course. For a dad who is struggling a bit with that transition, the symbol of connection amidst transition that the rings represent meant a lot. Thanks for making that possible for us.

Mike McGivern was great to work with. I needed a custom engagement ring that represented a sizeable investment. After piecing together different pictures of rings we saw online, I met with Mike to come up with design and choose the diamonds. She wanted a three stone Emerald Cut Ring with a unique open band. After answering my questions about emerald cut diamonds, I knew I was working with a diamond expert. Although classy and straight-forward this style is a bit unusual these days. Such an important purchase always comes with some level of anxiety That anxiety left me when I saw the CAD design Mike emailed me within a week of the order, I knew the ring design was perfect. The ring arrived a couple weeks later in time to pop the question on her birthday. It was exactly as shown in the CAD diagram. Very classy and the stones were extremely well balanced. The ring was a big success and she can't stop looking at it. Lots of great comments from friends and relatives. To add to the positive customer experience, our appraisal came in thousands over the purchase price. Many thanks to Mike for his help in making this an easy and educational process. Shopping for something so important online without going to a brick and mortar is a bit scary but Michael McGivern helped me every step of the way. He custom designed a setting I saw in a jewelry store and liked, however, he did this by only seeing pictures! I'm a picky shopper and went through many different stones before deciding on one.
