Absolute disaster.
For the past 4 weeks, I've been trying to return this bike.
It already started badly because they use the cheapest possible shipping company. My delivery date was postponed twice (!!!) without any notification.
After waiting for more than a week, my V8 Ultra Max finally arrived—but it came with the wrong tires, a broken controller, chipped paint, the wrong suspension color, and a scratched derailleur. When a brand-new product arrives in that condition, I immediately know what kind of quality to expect. That's why I started a warranty claim and requested a return.
Instead of accepting the return, Ouxi first offered me an insulting €20 discount. After I repeated that I wanted to return the bike, they increased it to €30. After I told them again to stop IGNORING my return request, they offered €50 and a new display (even though the display was never defective). I then told them that enough was enough with these ridiculous offers and the constant ignoring of my request, and for the FOURTH TIME they offered me €100 and a new display. WTF.
After I involved Klarna, there was two weeks of complete silence. Then, all of a sudden, they said they could take the bike back after all and would arrange a pickup. But first, I had to send photos.
I did exactly that, and before they even arranged the pickup, they started negotiating about money again. They now claimed they had to deduct a depreciation fee because the odometer showed a 10 km test ride. Their own return policy clearly states that a test ride of up to 20 miles (32 km) is NOT a problem.
So now I have to contact Klarna once again...
It's unbelievable how customers who receive DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS are treated. They offer ridiculous pseudo-compensation of €20, €30, €50, or €100, but the moment they actually agree to take the bike back (because Klarna FORCED THEM) they immediately try to deduct a significant amount for depreciation.
Alright then. NEVER AGAIN, Ouxi.
Happened in the german Ouxi store.
