Great Customer Service
Although I didn't continue with my subscription after my free trial due to my own time restraints this is a review of my experience.
I signed upto to outplayed.com, and was allowed access to all of the resources and videos, guidelines of what to do, however there was lot of information there and i just didn't have the time within a week to go through it all and make a decision wether i wanted to proceed or not.
Unlike most subscription companies i spoke to a helpful customer services agent called Alan on the Live chat who confirmed that my free trial had been cancelled. Quite refreshing to have some human interaction and not be trapped by bots and scams reeling you in.
Would certainly re-visit outplayed when the time is right due to my own experience with their customer service team.

HI James
Many thanks for this and the customer service team is second to none for sure. Getting that human contact from someone that has done matched betting, and knows that the first stages do take a bit of learning and time to grasp, is what we pride ourselves on.
Really look forward to seeinh you back at some point and please reach out to us when you do as we can look at helping with the time management aspect for you and point you in the direction to bets utalise this.

Don't make a fool 🤬 of yourself by investing the matched betting, you will be an idiot. Said free trial, and I paid 39.99 for platinum and again wanted me to pay another payment

HI Khagendra
The free trial is for 7 days and is available to everyone on the Platinum tier, and when this runs out it is a paid subscription of £39.99 but you do have a 14 day refund period on your first payment to us to claim this back if you find its not for you.
Once you reached out to us to request a cancellation we refunded the monies back to you very quickly back to your bank.
Matched betting isnt a scam and 10s of thousands of members across all communities can vouch for that as they have all made 100s and 1000s of £s doing this.
If you wanted to give this another try then please reach out to us on the support@outplayed.com email address and we can look at help getting you started and joining the 1000s of memebers making plenty of profit each and every month.

Believe the hype. It’s real.
I was skeptical for years but wish I’d started matched betting when I first heard of it. It’s not a “scam”, it’s not “gambling” - it’s real, it’s risk-free - and it’s easy to do.
I’ve been a member for a month, and started with a £500 float - in a separate bank account so I can accurately track profit. You don’t need that much of a float but having a couple of hundred available will help you to do a few offers simultaneously.
In my first month I’m just under £700 up - through a combination of sports betting signup offers, casino signups, and the odd reload (existing customer) offer.
Yes - seven hundred pounds - in a month.
The offers are simple and instructions crystal clear - and on the odd occasion I’ve had a query, the customer service is exemplary, either through the live chat or forum.
The more time you have, the more money you’ll be able to make, but I can see myself making £3-400 each month with relative ease - just using a little downtime that I’d be scrolling through Instagram or watching TV.
I’d thoroughly recommend Outplayed to anyone.

Hi Paul
Wow what a great start to your matched betting journey and great to see that you took the plunge after all these years!!
Whats not to like about £300plus each month to earn instead of watching the latest episode of Eastenders or someone dancing on Instagram.
The guides are self explanitory BUT we do have the team on hand 7 days a week from 9am till 530pm on Live chat to help and then the awesome community we have on the Forum pages and Facebook of members helping each other out!
That £300 a month target will be a nice £3500 by the end of the year to cover Xmas, Birthdays or even a holiday! So many members have had life changing experiences because of Matched betting and look forward to hearing yours in the future!
All the Best

This is not a drill!
This is not a drill. I can’t believe more people don’t do matched betting. I’m only half way thru the sign ups and already £500+in profits. It is not a get rich quick scheme but also outplayed never claim that it is but you can make a decent amount of money with limited effort thanks to their technology and resources. I’m so impressed with the customer service - big shout out to Andy and Oz who are legends - nothing is too much trouble.

Great profits made so far and still plenty to make on them before getting into reloads and making a steady monthly profit.
The tools and guides we have are 2nd to none and if they are a little bit confussing we have such an excellent customer service team on Facebook and our Live chat that are more than happy to give that extra bit of guidance.
Andy and Oz are legends for sure and make life so much easier for the facebook pages with clear answers to questions that help everyone.
Keep up the great work, and you can even help you friends and family get into matched betting with our refer a friend scheme earning £30 each for doing so.

Way way too expensive
Way way too expensive , Oddsmonkey is a lot cheaper and services very similar, only recently had a sale for the value tier for £499 a year. I remember you used to be affordable now it’s just milking the prices

Hi Gintar
Yes the services between the 2 are very similar for sure, however we do post more offers than Oddsmonkey on a daily basis and we had our Sales back in November and December.
If you reach out to the Customer Service team we maybe able to look to see what offers we currently have as we do run sales quite often.
Kind regards

Be great to hear from you when made that first £1000 and go on to the next milestones.

Great to see that the Pro Tier is finding the value for you (in more than one sense) and that you have progressed through the tiers to get to the Pro. The Pro tier offering so much and making things quick and simple has been a game changer for so many members and great that it has helped you too and made that life change that we all hope for.
Keep up the great work and am sure more additions will be coming to the Pro tier soon, as we have just added preset offers filters to the Bet Builder Finder to make that even easier to use!

Hey Elizabeth.
We must be doing something right then if its led to you leaving a review for us and hopefully will encourage many others to join and leave reviews too.
As we always say the only stupid question is the one you dont ask, as 9 times out of 10 this will lead to a mistake,
All the CS team have been at the start of the matched betting process so fully understand the questions and stumbling blocks that come up, and with an average of over 5 years experience per team member there arent many things we havent been asked.
So glad the team have been able to explain things to you in a way that has helped you!
Keep up the great work and questions coming and we will be there every step of the way if needed.

Good site for Pro EV bettors
Good site, some good pro features, really good EV betting. Poor exchange integration, oddsmonkey is far better in that regard. The Outplayed features plus seamless exchange or even bookie integration would be a real game changer.
Update - thanks for the reply, there is actually good integration for Smarkets and Matchbook on the regular oddsmatcher, but would be great to add that to other places eg extra places or bet builder, would be really excellent. And tbf this is same as oddsmonkey as they don’t have it outside of the normal oddsmatcher either, tho do support Betfair and Betconnect. Updated to 4-stars based on that clarification. Looking forward to using the product more as it continues to evolve!

It's all Legit!
Just renewed for year 3. Follow their clear instructions and the Sign ups will make you hundreds of pounds. After that, with minimal effort, you will still make £20-30 quid a week. Beyond that it's up to you how much effort you want out into it but you will make back anything you invest and be in profit.
