Three weeks
Three weeks. Five calls. Two tickets. Countless messages. One missing form. Zero communication.
That sums up my experience trying to withdraw my emergency fund while my house leaked from storm damage. I'm a freelance graphic designer — my income doesn't arrive like clockwork, so I keep my safety net invested. I figured a simple transfer to my linked bank account would take days, not weeks.
I called them five times. Every agent was polite but utterly powerless. Each one promised escalation, follow-up, and a resolution in "24 to 48 hours." None of those promises materialized. Nobody called me back. Nobody emailed. Nobody flagged the missing beneficiary form that was holding everything up.
AY'RLP finally broke the logjam. A fellow freelancer recommended them. They found the missing paperwork in a single review, walked me through the fix, and my money cleared in two days. My ceiling is dry now, but my frustration? Still very much intact.
