Item arrived quicker than expected. Will use again.

At the minute a very negative experience.

Appears carrier has lost them, however I have to now wait two days until carrier does confirm for definite. I’ve now ordered from elsewhere. Said I’d raise a chargeback through bank. Was told by the woman on the phone that if I did that and parcels arrived then they’d need to take action and it would be seen as stolen!!!!

I said well id refuse them so they could be returned to you.

What a way to speak to a new customer! All I want is some food for my birds.

Edit… also was told I could have refund today by said lady, then receive an answerphone message saying now have to wait 48 hours. So whatever policy you have at least be consistent.

I would bet my wage on it I will no doubt have to chase this up on Thursday to get the refund. You haven’t even had the decency to tell me the tracking number or the carrier you have used to send it. So has it even been sent out? I have no confirmation email to say it’s been sent….

I had a problem with a bird cage which was sorted out promptly. Pet Village provided an excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic service! I had originally ordered the wrong colour, and the team were kind enough to change it for me without any hassle. When the harness arrived it unfortunately didn’t fit, as my dog was right on the edge between two sizes. They quickly arranged a refund for the first one and even included a return label and bag with the correct size that I had ordered.
Honestly such a lovely, friendly team. I will definitely be purchasing from them again! 😊

I came into the shop for the first time ever today (Sunday - Mothers day) with my family. Having followed you on facebook we took the opportunity as we were heading to Colchester zoo to come and see your lovely birds and meet my first ever Hyacinth Macaw. I want to start by explaining that my kids and I are neurodiverse. Autism and ADHD definitely rule our household. Going out for us is tough usually. Different levels of excitement/anxiety and being overwhelmed, if you know, you know. Well what can I say? The kind and caring staff (who were all beyond helpful) and in particular the lovely lady who paid us attention got it and knew. The perfect level of attentiveness, care but also space and understanding was given. She signed with my son, chatted to my daughter and made her feel special. Thanked us for visiting and gave us feathers and stickers (after checking whether my kids would like them or not). She made us feel unbelievably welcome. Without making it obvious or weird she spoke to us like family. This care makes such a heart warming change for us. I will never forget this visit and it was the highlight of my day, yes over the Zoo! A special place and if they treat customers who only planned to come in to look at parrots this well then I am assured that the amount of love they give the birds/animals is immense. We left with an amazing memory, a beautiful feeling, some stunning feathers to remember you by and we purchased a great puzzle toy for our cat and dog. A very heart felt thank you. Xx

I came across this online shop while looking for a Curli harness for my smallest Chihuahua as I already have some Curli leads, she seems to be right in between sizes of most brands so they’re either too tight round her chest or far too loose round her neck but this one seems perfect. Also ordered some dog treats. There is a huge selection of pet items and the delivery was very fast, within days of placing my order. I would definitely be ordering from here again.
