Received a bed and headboard from this company. Price was good, but headboard had a missing button. Tried phoning, but phone went dead after about 30 minutes of waiting. I sent several emails. Never received a reply. Others have reported similar poor after sales service. You get what you pay for.

I ordered a Classic Ottoman Divan Bed Set.
The bed base was delivered first, but the headboard was missing.

I contacted the company and after some delay the headboard was delivered and the order was completed.

The bed itself is good quality and looks really nice. Communication could be improved, but the issue was resolved in the end.

Ordered on 18th January for 2 ottomans and still not received. i have emailed a number of times and called but with no response! Please reply asap or i will be taking this further.

Ordered 6ft ottaman. Asked to change it for 5ft. No response to emails or phone calls. 6ft one turned up within quoted timescales. Seems excellent. Something clearly going wrong at this company so proceed with caution.

Absolutely fantastic service and product!!! Ordered a double bed, with floor standing headboard and mattress at 10.45am got a callback 10minutes later saying bed was being made and will be delivered same day if convenient for me - it was and the bed was delivered at 7pm the same day! Bed looks great and the mattress is very comfortable, they even took the old bed and mattress (which saved me a job) - all done in less than 12hrs at a fantastic price so I'm extremely happy, thank you! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new bed!

I order the mattress witch come next 7dqys but i would like to swap the size. Id paid for the difference for collection now is 10 working days and any email.any answer nothing!! Very bad service and company! I want my money back!

Item just doesn’t turn up, no further emails. Don’t reply to email, Facebook or Instagram messages. Have racked up nearly 2 hours on hold over a couple of days.

Ordered footstool 27th Dec on 7-10 working days delivery. Still not received it as at 4th Feb. Emailed a number of times and either got standard response or reply from Megan quoting bad weather/ change of couriers please bear with us. 15th Jan got generic email saying you should have received item by now what do you think of it. Tried ringing number of times but kept waiting on each occasion. Had to do charge back with bank to get money back. Lack of communication appalling

Bed was delivered but not fit for purpose as the gas lift does not work! It was not fitted when it arrived and we had to fit it ourselves once fitted it was impossible to lower the bed. First contact they said they would send out parts - they didnt arrive just an empty parcel. Contacted again and promise to send 1st class that night that was 3 weeks ago, i am sick of trying to phone them and email them. I have started a charge back with my credit card company

This is quite possibly the worst company we have ever dealt with, being in business myself this isn’t something I like doing. We ordered our bed 3rd of January not to receive it for over 3 weeks, thinking this must be a scam because nobody at this company can pick up the phone, for it to then be delivered by some cowboys. Bed was bought in, 2 young babies in the house need looking after so we weren’t able to babysits the installers, the bed is the wrong colour, told the guy, he replied with he is just the courier please inform the company, not just the wrong colour but also sharp pieces of metal sticking out which cut my partners hand. 1 week of constant phone calls & emails, still no reply so we have no option but to leave this review. The bed in question has now been removed & we have had to take a £700 loss due to this. This company’s customer service is disgraceful & should be ashamed of themselves.

We ordered 2 separate 2ft 6in mattresses for our 5ft bed frame in December with a delivery promised of 7 to 10 days. One of the mattresses arrived on 11th January but no sign of the other. It is now 29th January, well over a month after placing the order and no sign of the other one. We have tried to telephone on numerous occasions and the phone is never answered. Many emails have been sent with either automatic responses or false promises for delivery. We are now at the stage where we want to cancel the whole order, have the mattress delivered returned and all our money refunded but, and there is a big but, some of the reviews on here say they are still waiting for their money back. This Company is not fit for purpose.

Ordered an ottoman from this company on 7th January. No update on a delivery date and a complete lack of communication. Emails remain unanswered. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered on 31st December 2025 with a stated lead time of 3–10 working days, which is completely misleading. Weeks later, my order is still “with the manufacturers” and I have received no concrete delivery date.

Communication has been extremely poor. I was sent an automated email saying customers should not contact them while they “focus on deliveries” and again told this by Megan, and that further replies may not be seen. This is unacceptable when customers have been waiting far beyond the promised timeframe.

Every update has been “next week”, with no follow-up. I’ve now requested to cancel the order after waiting weeks with no delivery or meaningful communication.

If you’re considering ordering, be aware that the advertised lead times are not accurate and customer service is effectively unavailable once you’ve paid. This is a scam company.

So far I have ordered my bed mattress on the 19th of January and it's now the 26th , correspondence with this company has been diabolical i have emailed them asking when my order is mentbto come and all I get is the typical response of blaming the courier , when I called they don't answer , I sent another email saying they say they deliver within 7 days and I don't evan get an email to exsplain anything , after spending £500.00 on just a mattress you would think they would be better at correspondence instead of leaving me in the dark

Great experience buying a bed here. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and made choosing the right bed easy. The quality is excellent, delivery was on time, and the storage space is really practical. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Deliviery of headboard and and half of my double bed arrived.
The delivery man was very pleasant.
Showed me that all they was given...so still no bed..And now no bed to sleep on.
I have tried calling the company.
Nobody answers.And automated email.

Purchased three beds, 3 mattresses and bed box, delivered within 10 days by a two man team who placed the beds in the required rooms, one mattress was incorrect and the bed box was the wrong shade of colour but Megan in aftersales sorted this for us in an acceptable time frame.
Good quality beds, well built and easy to put together, great communication from aftersales.

Update : our order arrived today after having no reply to my latest emails.
Unpacked the bed , lovely bed but just a shame that the gas lift struts are so strong the bed lid sprang open with such force and now the lid of the bed remains open.
I’m now at the point of laughing about this , there is no way we can sleep on the bed unless we want to be catapulted through the ceiling

God knows what we do now

Avoid - ordered 6th Jan , expected delivery 13th Jan , delayed due to weather. Unable to contact for updates , no replies to emails and sat waiting on phone for over an hour with no answer. £260 and no bed !
I’m tempted to drive to their office it would be quicker to get a response
Shocking service , Scammers !

I am amending my review due to Adam who is one of the managers, who has gone out of his way to sort out the problems which have not been down to the Company. He has gone above his duty for me. The problem has been employee not checking his load before he left to check the list matched the goods in his van only to find at his first and second delivery goods still in there warehouse. Good luck to the Company and I hope they grow with all the improvements they are doing.

Delivery took a little while and also the company changed in the middle of the process. I know it’s a separate company than the Ottoman Bed Store.

Bed came and it looks and feels good. It did come with a bit of dent in the top of the bedframe in which the mattress covers it though.
