I preordered a figure I had missed on other sites, this was my first time to use OtakuSquare. I'm in the US and amid the preorder verbage of the figure and the current effects of COVID, I wasn't sure I would get it! They answered my questions promptly and my figure arrived in a timely manner, totally undamaged! It was perfect and my favourite addition to my desk!

I received the wrong item, I am trying to contact them by phone daily but no one answer. I wrote two emails and never received an answer. Just an automatic reply saying that they are busy. It's already one week since I received the wrong item and still no one is taking care of this and is giving me instructions about how to return it and get back my money or receive what I have paid for.

Otaku Square site is nice and functional. Packing on shipment was good too.

UPDATE 27 NOV: I still have not received the replacement. I have not heard anything concerning the status of this replacement since. Any attempts to call have resulted in drops, hang-up's, or no information. I have waited over 2 months with a broken figure and have exhausted all support avenues.

The support ticket is 2714.

I just want this issue to be resolved already...please...

UPDATE 29 October: Otaku Square has reached out and offered a replacement. While it did take much longer than I expected, I commend them for responding and making amendments based on customer feedback. I do hope their support system will improve.

A figure order arrived on 11 September and it came with a broken piece. Submitted a ticket on the same day (#2597) and had not heard back since. I've tried to follow up on the 19th (#2625) but still have not heard back from Otaku Square.

Chatting their Facebook page gives me an automated message, and trying to reach their number through WhatsApp (I cannot call directly due to international rates) gives me no answer.

Figure arrived damaged, Otaku Square made it right! Amazing seller!

The package arrives fast and in perfect condition.

No shipment, no feedback, no contact, no money.
I placed an order on Sept 3, ETA - Sept 17. Since then I sent two emails without response ("ticket received" - and nothing happens), and could not reach the seller over FB or WhatsApp. That's all very strange.
Update: got a voice call, refund was promised, still waiting for it.

As always great service. Well packaged to prevent damage to the item packaging. Delayed at customs however this is not the fault of the shipper.

Shoutout to Otaku Square for great packaging: the outer box I received was quite beat up, there was even a shoe print on it, the inner box and the figure inside was fine though thanks to said packaging.

The shipment toke longer than expected, but that is expected during a pandemic. My package came with a hole in the side, probably because my local post service likes to be kind to my packages. However, despite the hole on the side of the box, the figure came unharmed (AWESOME!). Thankful for the kind packaging of this company as the figure was expensive.

I bought a Rias figurine shipping to the US. It's legit and the item came in perfect condition within 2-3 weeks, although the packaging box was kind of beat up from shipping, the tight packaging inside prevent any damage to the item. Overall, I am very satisfied with Otaku Square and I am willing to shop from them again in the future. The communication took longer than 48 hours but I don't mind since they got back to my questions a few days later.

Package arrived in perfect conditions, box and figure were in perfect conditions as well. Lot of waiting time due to the Covid-19. Will surely buy from this site again.
