Bought from them 4 times for in—stock items (so I’m not so sure about how preordering with them goes) and service has been exceptional every time. Very kind and generous staff, and packaging is nice and secure. A good way to source doujinshi from Japan.

I almost exclusively use Otaku Republic. Sometimes I’ll use other proxy services when they don’t have something, but even when they don’t, they keep in mind that you’re looking for a specific thing and if they can, they’ll restock it, even if it’s something they know only one person will buy. They sometimes send little additional fun things, and their customer service is phenomenal. Really kind and thoughtful team of people. Their packaging is also very good; I’ve never had to worry about damaged goods. I really can’t recommend them enough!

I really love it's hard to get bugs like this in here is what type of anime. Oh manga or anything else. I would like to think of I like I like it very much. Thank you very much.

As soon as Japan's borders opened, they immediately shipped my doujin! It goes to show how diligent they are with their customer service and their effort in making the best out of a worst situation.

A wonderful website filled with so many awesome stuff!! A collectors dream! I've ordered from them on 3 separate occasions, Black Butler x 2, Black Butler x 1 and Kuroko x 5. Free standard shipping is offered to orders under $50 (but you can pay an extra $10 for priority) and free priority shipping for over $50. My first 2 orders had standard shipping which took almost 3 weeks to arrive to the UK. With priority, it took less than 2 weeks. They have great customer service, friendly and helpful people. The quality of the books are great, a bit pricy on some but everything arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged!! 5/5

This was my first order from the Otaku Republic site and I was sceptical at first. (Dakimakura cover)
But the handling (2 days) and shipping were quite fast and the Dakimakura cover arrived only in 5 days shipping time to me (I live in Germany).

This was the fastest shipping time I've ever seen on a package from Asia!
The cover is very soft and the design looks exactly like the picture on the website!
Am very happy I bought an authentic cover from Japan (Quite expensive but it was worth it, in my opinion)

I always could ask the service if I had some questions!

Ordered from them many times and my orders always arrived safely. The way they are packing your order is really great. The doujins came undamaged, even though our postwoman literally stuffed the package into my tiny mailbox! The envelope was damaged badly, but the doujins were safe. My favorite shop with doujinshis and Japanese stuff. Shipping is fast and free, items are in good quality. And, what I love the most about the shop, they can search for doujin for you, if you ask. They sell comics in really good price...I've bought doujinshis about 40 times in their shop already

I've asked them to see if there was specific Doujin in stock and they always make an effort to find it for me. They keep you up to date about every step of the process, and are really friendly. MOST IMPORTANTLY - the good come in great quality from Japan, I'm really pleased, would recommend!
