A beautiful piece of furniture with the added bonus of being able to make it pretty bespoke. I had looked everywhere for a vanity unit that gave the ability for your own colour, shape of basin and type of knobs. Osprey gives you the fun way of selecting all the different options even down to type of top and amends to legs for difficult fitting. The only reason for 4 stars was huge error in despatch down to courier. But Lucas sorted this in a day. We love the vanity and it looks great in our newly refurbed bathroom.

The marble is beautifully sculpted, exactly as in the pictures. If you want a bespoke, handmade piece of furniture, that's not run of the mill, I highly recommend speaking to Lucas. My bathroom installation was brought forward and was unable to get the vanity unit I wanted from anywhere in the time I had. Ordered using the fast track service, Lucas was very helpful throughout and had the vanity delivered in time. Have since had an issue with a part being scratched by the bathroom installer, contacted Lucas and had a replacement arrive within 2 days! Very impressed, excellent service.

We had 2 x bespoke vanity units made to our required measurements by Osprey last year for two different bathrooms in two different F&B colours. We had a good experience with the ordering process and communication over the design however the reason I have only given 4 stars instead of 5 was due to an issue with one of the vanity units, it was delivered later than the other one which was not a problem for us as we ordered them in plenty of time but when the second one arrived there was an issue with the thickness of the additional upstand we had ordered, this took a few attempts for this to be resolved but we found a solution with the help of our own carpenter & plumber who was fitting the vanity unit. It was a shame that one of the units did cause us to make some small alterations to install it but one year later we are still very pleased with the results of both vanity units and they really enhance the look of our bathrooms, so it was worth it! I would say the price of the units are very good for the quality and compared to other similar bespoke bathroom furniture on the market. Thank you, A & M

We ordered our utility room from Ospray. Nice simple service.

Lukas visited our home, measured up and discussed our options. He worked out the best way to optimise the space we had. Drawings was sent along with a price.

Because Ospray offer a large range of colours to have the doors sprayed in we found it easy matching it to the flooring and tiles we had already ordered.

The utility room was delivered which our joiner fitted. It’s all complete and looks fantastic!

Our vanity unit has finally arrived and is lovely, but unfortunately the experience that came with it was very disappointing. When I'm paying so much for a product, I expect good communication/ customer service and that isn't what you'll get.

I struggled on multiple occasions to get a response on questions. When I did get through I was told someone would get back to me, they never did. Wrong drawings were sent through for my plumber to install pipes, luckily I noticed they were wrong and requested the correct ones before the plumber did any work.
I paid £150 for quick delivery and was told the item would be delivered later than the quick delivery timings as that's when they were in the area. Item arrived damaged which wasn't Osprey's fault, but when I asked for my quick delivery money back I was told 'well it wasn't my fault'.
I did get the extra money back in the end.

The item was arranged for delivery again, I was told a date and arranged to be at home that day, then I received an email to say my item was on its way a day earlier. I called to say no one would be at the property to accept delivery as I had been told it would be the following day. No apology, the response was 'I don't know why you were ever told that day, because that was never the case'. Poor, poor customer service which needs severely improving.

Our vanity was delivered yesterday. We love the finished product. We designed the vanity with Lukas from start to finish and despite going back and forth a couple of times with design changes it was delivered promptly. The end product is just so lovely. Quality product made so beautifully!

We are delighted with the vanity unit and tall cupboard we ordered from Osprey. We were able to have exactly what we wanted, the height we needed and the perfect colour. The quality is great and the furniture was really well packaged for delivery. All communication was friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. I'd happily recommend Osprey to anyone and am so glad we found them.

Lukasz and his team did a great job even despite the many changes we decided on, nothing was too much trouble.very pleased with our kitchen units.

Great service! And l must admit, very patient as well. The amount of times l changed my mind and Lucas would just smile and say „okay, no problem”. And bonus is l have got a dream kitchen!!!

You can tell much about the professionalism of this company by the owner’s reply to me below!! (After months of ignoring me and the bargain we came to - part of which was for me to amend my original negative review- which I did - however he did not keep up his end of the bargain, hence my revisiting this review.

Lucas, as I said before, you have NOT sent me any retouch kits at all - and any company with good customer service would be looking into why you have had to send 3! I don’t think Royal Mail would fail to deliver THREE times, do you? You have tried to duck your way out of this when you could have just responded properly and admitted to mistakes. Interesting that you have been ignoring me for months and the only way I can get your attention is on this public forum.

And no, I don’t put up with terrible service and think that so called “professional” companies should be called out for sub-standard practices.

Further 10 month update: Lucas does not keep his word - despite months of reminding him he still needs to send me retouching kit for all the paint chipping...
UPDATE 5 months after order:
After I wrote the review below, Lucas was keen to resolve the situation. It eventually became apparent that the basin that came with the unit had been mis-sold to him by RAK, and caused me a lot of head-scratching because it didn’t have an integrated channel and therefore needed a different overflow system which was impossible for me to find in a size and finish that matched. Eventually he took the unit back and changed it to a much better basin, which helped, but still my bathroom installer (who admittedly seemed a bit inexperienced with plumbing) could not seem to find a space-saving trap that fitted. It has been resolved to a certain extent but L says he will come to my house for free and improve on what my bathroom fitter did. He also says he will refund me a little bit for all the hassles and send me a re-touching kit. I have upgraded from 1 to 3 stars ..

I chose to buy this bespoke vanity because it was the only one I could find where I could get the size I wanted, with drawers in a colour I wanted with an undermounted sink AND composite countertop so it seemed like a dream come true, and it does look nice.

1) they didn't notice my order so that delayed 2 weeks to my project until I phoned up to chase it.
2) it had a few minor chips in the paintwork - and a new large chip after I had received it back the second time - however these were the least of my problems.
3) I had ordered a 400mm circular undermounted sink as part of the order on Osprey's website. I knew my wall-mounted spout extended to 19cm from the wall so I rang up to make sure they would set this basin in a middle position no more than 5cm from the front edge of the unit, so that I could splash water from the spout on my face easily. I picked the Rak Emma sink. At no point did Lucas say that the basin would actually only be 33cm in diametre once installed, because actually about 7cm was the rim used to glue the basin underneath, to the countertop.
This omission of information on Osprey's website (on Rak's website too) meant that once it arrived, the basin was far smaller than expected which had the knock-on effect of the spout stretching too far out over the basin. They had also set it far too close to the back edge, which is what I had previously phoned about to make sure they didn't do. It's possible the drawers configuration would stop them from being able to do this, but they didn't say this.
4) they forgot to include the upstand I ordered, so I decided to live without it and ask for a refund. This was ignored.
5) After avoiding me for weeks, Lucas finally agreed to take the whole unit back and see if they could find a s

Beautiful cabinets defiantly worth the money, the quality is amazing, Im so happy with both of my cabinets. The range of colours are also very good.😊

We love our new vanity, it fits perfectly in our small bedroom and the Osprey team was very responsive.

My experience with osprey was extremely positive not only did they communicate and listen to my requirements due to delays with my build lucas very kindly held on to it for a further additional couple of months the vanity unit was delivered on the agreed day
