Extremely poor communication
Extremely poor communication. No dispatch email so I was left wondering what was happening as no replies to mt emails and it took almost 4 weeks for Evri to then state they had delivered my parcel, however it wasnt delivered to me. Evri delivered to the wrong place ("missing parcel") and accepted they did, they notified Orizele and Orizele stated I'd get a refund but then stopped replying to my emails and I'm still waiting my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely shocking. I placed an order which did not arrive. I have contacted the company several times and had no reply. I have requested a refund and nothing. This company is a scam - please do not waste your money!!!!!

Terrible. No confirmation on when it was arriving. Emailed multiple times to ask as I’d heard nothing, kept getting advertising emails but no response to what I sent. Then got an email saying hope you enjoyed your order, but I’ve not received it at all

Shirt took almost 1 month to arrive and had to be returned to China at my expense
I’m only giving 1 star because zero stars didn’t work. Item ordered on 1 April still not arrived. I selected Premium delivery- which doesn’t actually have a timescale but I had hoped that meant within the week. The item originated overseas, possibly China. The website didn’t make that clear. If I had thought we were looking at around 1 month for delivery I would never have placed the order. Had to buy a shirt for the occasion from elsewhere. Who knows how long the return process will take if we have to use that. I emailed customer service on 12 April. I received a response on 27 April offering a 10% once received. They blame The Royal Mail for the delay.
I received this shirt on 28 April. It did not fit my son. I have to ship it back to the return address in China at my own expense. They did offer me a 20% discount to just keep the shirt, but that is no use to me as it will never be worn. The orizelle website has prices in GBP, has a contact address in The Netherlands, but ultimately items are shipped from and have to be returned at buyer expense from China with transport being blamed for delay. This is not the sort of experience I want when buying clothes.
Absolutely horrific company
Absolutely horrific company. Never written a negative review before. Ordered three weeks ago money taken a million emails sent advertising and asking if I’m enjoying my product! Correspondence twice to say no order and nothing done! Still waiting for a refund. Very disappointing.
Zero stars review!
I would give zero if it was possible. Quick enough to take my money but not to supply my goods. Despite numerous requests for a delivery date, they keep fobbing me off and I still have no idea. I have now cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Have been forced to notify my bank to raise a formal dispute. I will NEVER use this company again

Haven’t received my order yet! I received notification the courier had been notified but nothing since! The item was a birthday present which has long since passed.

I have been asked to write a review for a piece I ordered 4 weeks ago, but I still haven't received anything and have had no communication.
Attentive before purchase, unresponsive after payment
Placed an order and have had no response to multiple emails requesting an update on dispatch or delivery.
What’s particularly disappointing is that when I contacted the company from a different email with a general enquiry, I received a prompt reply — which suggests customer service is prioritised before purchase, but not after.
The website states delivery within 6–9 business days, yet I was later advised 5–15 business days by email. I am now beyond the original timeframe with no communication or tracking provided.
There also appears to be inconsistency in the company’s location, with references to both the Netherlands and the USA, which does not inspire confidence.
At this stage, I am still waiting for a clear update on my order and, based on this experience, cannot recommend them.

You never actually receive your order and they tell you it’s already shipped out when you say you want a refund.The event I ordered the sweatshirt for has now passed so it’s no longer needed,although I still haven’t received it yet and they don’t reply
SCAM!
SCAM!! I ordered a gorgeous sequin jumpsuit (after some research this was actually a Nadine Merabi jumpsuit in the picture) and after waiting at least 2 weeks, what came was what I can only describe as a £10 SHEIN knockoff. Not a sequin in sight, no shape… and nothing like the picture I was sold. Now the company have gone quiet on me.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They need to be shut down.

Appalling Service and delivery
Appalling Service and delivery. Ordered 2 shirts on the 1st of April 2026 it’s now the 21st of April and still no sign of my shirts being delivered
Ordered a dress
Ordered a dress , didn’t show any tracking , contacted them to ask how long , was told they were experiencing problems with the carrier . I messaged the a few days later to say I want to cancel as this was for the races and don’t arrive in time, no reply , package eventually arrived, I’m trying to request a return, as per the t&cs , I’ve sent 4 emails now to ask to return and no response to my request . AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM, it will be nothing but a nightmare

Delivery took over a month
Delivery took over a month, by the time the dress arrived the event I needed it for has passed.
Customer service don’t deal with your queries just keep asking why you want to return the item. Then don’t respond.
I haven’t even opened the order so can’t comment on the quality of goods.

It’s the first time using this company and having mistakenly ordered a product I apologised and asked for a refund and cancellation. It took a couple of weeks but fair play to them they cancelled and refunded me. Thank you.
