Fast delivery, purchase made through Wowcher voucher which went through easily.
First refurbished charge cable didn't work but we were sent a new one fairly quickly, customer service very polite.
Didn't give 5 star as the purchase was meant to be Good quality and I would say it was 'Fair' refurbished quality as the stickers used to recover the laptop were slightly visible and could be felt around the corners where it hasn't been cut cleanly (may lead to it peeling off). Otherwise though, laptop is in good working order and fine for my 8 year old to use.

I am blown away by the value and condition of my Dell Latitude 7490 14" Laptop. The cost was £306, the spec was 1 TB SSD, 32 GB RAM, and an i7 CPU. The condition was mint, I mean, it looked unused. It was running Windows 11 Pro. Granted, it is an old model that first appeared in 2018, but the cost, spec, and condition make it an exceptional buy. Cannot recommend this enough—simply fantastic.
