Fraud company! Scam company! Do not order from them!!
If I could give this company less than one star, I would. They took my money for 4 bottles of skin oil. I was signed up for a subscription I did not ask for or want, it was snuck in on the purchase. I ordered on July 2, 2024. It is currently August 21, 2024. I have never received my products. And this company has tried to charge me 3 more times on top of that and they refuse to cancel the subscription. I've asked multiple times. I messaged two weeks in and asked for a tracking number. I've been given the run around since then. It's always "we're out of stock, we'll ship in the next 48 hours", or "something is broken, we're working on getting it fixed". I've been going back and forth with customer service since the beginning. They don't care. They're legit scam artists. I am looking into pursing legal action against this company. As well as seeking anyone who has been ripped off by them too, who would like to join me in making sure this scam artist sees the inside of a federal prison. This person does this to almost everyone who orders. Do not trust this company with your card information. Do not send them any money! You will regret it. Just go look at their Facebook page, read the reviews there. You'll also see my review on their Facebook if you'd like to connect to find out how to turn them in also.
