The add is a bit deceiving. You think your getting large flowers in the bundle and they are really small. The picture shows them as being larger. Took for ever to get.

I ordered from another company and along with the flowers were spike holders to make placement easier. Also, the package was not put over or through our gated driveway. Thrown in the bushes and took two days to find the package.

Trust is a huge 'thing' when ordering online, sometimes it's a leap of faith... But I still ordered these sunflowers. No issues whatsoever, they arrived and glow wonderfully all night long. I have a glass balustrade, with the reflection I have double the look. Took photos and sent to my friend who has also ordered them. Very, very pleased.

I did not receive my flowers. On Saturday, June 6, it was showing that they were in Spain. On Monday, I got an email saying they were delivered to me. That was an extremely fast delivery from Spain. I never received this order.

Took my money, never received item. I've sent numerous emails requesting either the item or a refund, the only response I get is it has been shipped and I can see the shipping info. The shipping info ended on 1/2/25 in Newark, NJ. They are a SCAM company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered drinks dispenser. Faulty product doesn’t turn on. Sent video evidence. Backwards and forwards on email for them to keep offering compensation for a few dollars. Company is obviously a scam. I will follow advice of other and claim through credit card company.

Received drinks dispenser which was faulty from opening , it didn’t even switch. Sent them video evidence and they offered a 3usd refund which I declined then offered. 5usd refund again declined and they up the refund to 10usd. After emails back and forth which from them was very patronising, I logged a claim with PayPal and full refund has been given.

purchased from originaley.com. the wine dispenser purchased does not work. the touch buttons work some times but not all the time. the dispense leaver is the same. web page will not replace or fully refund after they acknowledge the issue

Do not buy from this awful website. I made the mistake of buying two drink dispensers from here. Both turned up with contents missing from the boxes, one had no charger, the other was missing a connector and neither had any instructions.
Originaley tried to offer me 5USD, which I of course declined and they said the best they could do was 13USD! I said I’d like the missing items sent to me or a 50% refund and they’re now not replying to my emails.

Would give zero if I could. Digital drink dispenser arrived in beaten up boxes that looked they had already been returned threefold. One was so badly damaged it was obviously taken from the junk bin. Both don’t work and arrived with no instructions. Took over a month to deliver now have to ‘check with relevant departments’. Bulkshit site and dodgy business. I bought a digital drink dispenser. It arrived but didn’t work despite troubleshooting. Requested to return the faulty item but they said it would cost a lot too send back. They offered me compensation of $3USD. I just wanted my money back as the product didn’t work.
I’m sorry but compensation for a product that doesn’t work is not god enough. They have now stopped returning my emails.

This is not a company. I have fell for their ads twice. Once with the plastic horse shoe and again with a hand carved wooden cross with red heart. Most know about the so called horseshoe. Have you got the cross? It is maybe plywood—- very cheap surprises. This company needs to be shut down. I paid $70 plus for 4 of these cheap pieces of nothing. BAD BAD BAD bunch of scammers.

False advertising. They sent me a pile of plastic from China, Not handmade by a veteran

I, too, purchased the horseshoe heart cross wall hanging. The site indicated the product was made from recycled horseshoes - meaning iron, but were actually cheap metal that I was required to assemble myself (that was not indicated in the ad). The inadequate assembly instructions made the metal bow out and it was not in the shape of a cross - without possibly breaking the parts.
I requested to return the items and they responded to try again to assemble. I already had spent an hour on this. They sent a download showing a person assembling the product. It did make the item shape like a cross properly, but it was still cheap metal that doesn’t lay lat AND not what was advertised.

They, evidently, weren’t going to respond to my request for my money back. I contacted them several times. Finally they wrote and said I would have to pay a big return fee to send them back. Oh, also the FB ad stated the items were made in the USA by a veteran in Texas, but they shipped from Finland.

This company cannot be trusted. Some people have no conscience.

I bought a Horseshoe Cross that was supposed to be made of recycled horseshoes. I received pieces of junk metal like the old time erector sets and it had to be assembled. When I contacted the company (via email as there was no number to call), they suggested I keep the item as I would "have to pay high freight and the refund cycle is long". They said I would have to return the items to their warehouse in China. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

It’s all a lie and nothing but junk! When you contact the company, they say they have no record of your order and to click on the link for assistance. That goes to like a text message where you can’t type anything. I bought these as gifts but I won’t be giving them now!
