I have bought this device in May of the year 2019, after several times use in the first month then I found the battery can not be fully charged. Every time the green light is on, it only lasts 1 or 2 times, I have used it for a couple of minutes every time. Nearly two years now I'm still waiting for the replacement of the faulty device but they refused to change it. If you don't want to waste your money and time, my advice is "don't buy", as it would give you lots of trouble as the customer service of the Origani NZ branch is really unacceptable.

I came for a free facial since the company contacted me said that I won a free facial as mentioned here. But I was pushed my the manager to buy products that worth 1500MYR. Then, i said that I'm just gonna buy only manuka peel since it's kinda good. But the price is 720MYR!! So pricey!! The manager said that she can give me discount to 380MYR & installment for 3 months. But still how am I going to pay?! Their manager is kind of pushy.

I love my Origani products, I use the manuka honey peel, erda firming serum and immortajell eye cream, yes they are pricy but you get what you pay for and I always get a discount when I go to the store.

I love Origani’s products, specially the Manuka Honey Peel: it feels amazing and does wonders to my skin.

Was at southland shopping centre recently, and was approached by a young Origani representative, WOW! was she pushy! So hard to get a word in....
The prices are far beyond my means, and I will avoid being harassed by the Origani team.

I started using origani as I wanted a good product to help me with my terrible eyebags. The products are actually good but the price is insanely expensive. I also find the sales rep extremely pushy and unprofessional. The original price shown on the package will make your eyes pop out but they can lower it up to 50% less. However even then it is still outrageously expensive. When you are paying so much for skincare, to be honest I expected a much more professional treatment. After purchasing some eye product, I went back for a free facial, but the facial was more like a product preview and I was pressured into purchasing more products. The facial itself was not enjoyable as I was being pushed by another saleperson to purchase more and I finally caved in from the pressure. Its a shame really, I do like their products but someone should really look into this company. I felt scammed.

got scam too pricey and that manager Middle eastern girl was too pushy..gush stay away from that store or dont you ever dare to passby in that area in the mall where the store is located :(

The Israeli guy was very pushy and rude when I didn't want to buy anything from the store! I am a student. I wasn't even wearing any expensive brand clothing so CLEARLY, it SHOULD be obvious that I CANNOT afford a $160 product but he kept pushing me and my anxiety got the better of me and I ended up purchasing from him. I will be reporting to ACCC and getting a refund ASAP. From what other customers have said, if you are getting a refund, you have to be firm about getting a refund, don't let them talk you into getting an exchange for products.

Right after I purchased from him, he then yelled "NI HAO" to an Asian girl. Uh hello? It is RUDE to yell "NI HAO" at anyone. This is not how you'd greet your friend or anyone on the street, let alone to greet someone like that when doing business! It's unprofessional and everyone should stay away!!

The products look genuine and lovely but for the money they charge? NO WAY! A TOTAL RIP OFF! 5 STAR reviews of their products are most likely authentic but any 5 star reviews about staff is FAKE!

Origani Products is really Amazing. Especially the manuka honey facial peel, I suffer for a long time sa mga problem ko sa skin, i also try more Expensive products but this product is the only one that satisfy me . For only 2 weeks using the set of there Erda Manuka Honey Peel ,erda Daily Glow Toning Cleanser and the Day Cream Agad agad nakita kuna ang result ,nawala ang mga pimple marks ko pati narin ang mga white heads ko i feel my skin become smooth too. And i love the feeling. Yes its expensive but you will not regret for the best result you will get. I give 5star to this product. Napaka mababait at concern pa ng mga specialist nila, they give every thing what you need to make your problem be solve. Nakakarelax ang kanilang facial with there Himalayan salt room and talagang makikita mo agad na me resulta pagkatapos ng facial service.I really Recommend this product❤️

I am a client of Origani for more than 5 years, all i can say about the product is, the product is so much effective and the price is good. Also the their sales representative is so much professional, they explain the product well. And they are very approachable.
I'm very much love it to use on my skin and face because there is no side effect, because it is organic.

A group of friends and I have been targeting this company for several months now and are talking to some news reporters about it.
When a sales person from Origani approaches you it’s always to sale you something. Some of them are nice and some extremely pushy but with all of them when you say no they tell you they are a manager/ owner and lower the price. If you say no again they lower it again and again ( sometimes up to 50% from the original price). Here are a few of the products we have tested:
• Manuka honey peel ( they always show this product)- starting price: 165$. Lowest price we’ve been offered: 90$
• eye cream- starting price: 450$. Lowest price we’ve been offered: 110$ (!!)
• perfectio silver Machine - starting price: 2000$. Lowest price: 900$
• green caviar butter- starting price- 960$ lowest price: 300$

Some of my friends rather like the products and some don’t so like any other skin care product it’s not for everyone but the important thing is never accept the price the sales person offers you- they are all layers!!
