I also ordered from this company on 4th January, so over 5 weeks ago and despite chasing have heard nothing. No response ! Total rubbish and can now see others are experiencing same.

Ordered a batchment of tea in December and it never arrived. Have tried emailing and calling for a refund. No response. I'm assuming they're in the process of going out of business. Don't order from them.

I never had any issues with them in the past, but clearly I'm not the only one now.

I've just reported them to Trading Standards. I suggest all those affected do the same.

Updated: Err, I just received my order (27/05/23). This is 5 months after I placed it. Yesterday, I got a tracking email and today to my utter shock it arrived. Still not updating the review from a one-star though. Not only was it 5 months late, but there was zero communication from the company, no reponse to emails, phone calls, no refund and unbelievably not even an apology!

I ordered some tea from organic india on 6 January which still hasn't arrived a month later. Nor has any reimbursement which they said they would give me. I would only say beware of this company and why are they still trading? I'm really disappointed as I've used them successfully before.

Order not received, no reply to email, waste of time...

Great products from Amazon but buying from the company disgraceful. I feel like I no longer want to buy from them any more. They don’t reply to emails, it’s been nearly a month and I haven’t got my items I ordered. I am fobbed off by their customer services. They don’t have a clue what’s going on and the shop app says it’s been sent but there website tells me it hasn’t even shipped.

Never buy from these people ever again considering they say that they send with Royal Mail 48 hour delivery, what a load of rubbish 😞

Same as everyone else who's left a review. Order placed on 2nd Dec and nothing received 1 month later. No reply to frequent emails and the person on the end of the phone number claims to only work on the switchboard and is unable to help

Never recieved order. They do not reply to any emails. Awful company. Do not purchase from them!!

Very bad attitude

On 2nd December I ordered Shatavari from organic india. They took the money, but they still haven't delivered the product. I tried to contact them several times, but to no avail. they do not respond to e-mails and messages. the product is not there and the money is not returned. Very bad attitude.

Not 100% sure this is an actual company or just a scam... Received no product to date, no communication off the company unless you email them, when I asked for a tracking number I was told there was a technical glitch with there ordering system and the product would be delivered.. No product or tracking number, further emails resulted in a promise of the product plus a discount code for later orders.. Still no product to date or any form of communication From the company unless you contact them..
