Pretty sure this isn’t the official Organicbabyfood24.com profile. They’ve been around since 2011 and my orders have always been great — the comments here don’t match the actual service.

If you're from Canada make sure they write BABY FORMULA on the invoice for DHL will charge you taxes which makes NO sense because by law, Canadian Baby Products can't get taxed. Shipping is fast, but on the pricey side. They should have a North American location.

I've been trying to get a hold of organicbabyfood24 for the past month now. Every time I call the recording says that this is a bad time and to call later or email. My emails go unresponded to. My first order with them was great. I ordered goats milk formula and was very satisfied with what I got. But then I went to order again and they sent me cows milk formula instead of goats milk. I wouldn't have ordered cows milk because my daughter is very much allergic to cows milk. It was a $200 plus order. I would like to talk to someone about it.

They sent me formula with a very close expiration date, which is unacceptable! How on earth she suppose to finish 10 boxes in 4 months, eating solids and all. My baby developed severe eczema and allergy reaction because the formula is old. It smells odd and different. She is on Hipp since 1 months and had no problems before. Plus shipping cost is super high and no returns. I suggest people who are looking for European formula to keep looking! They kept saying this is the freshest formula on the market but I've seen people selling it with 2021 expiration date. They don't allow to post bad reviews on their website which is unacceptable!! Total rip off.

I don't know what happened with other reviewer but I've ordered several times from this company and had nothing but A+ customer service and products. They are the cheapest place I've found too which is a win-win since this can get quite pricey due to all the US markups! I hate that we are expected to overpay for safe baby food because our government is selfish and money hungry. So I'm really happy that organic baby food24 is around to make life easier on me. They accept PayPal which is always a safe guarantee if anyone's apprehensive especially after reading the other review here. I promise I'm not affiliated w their company, I'm just very pleased to do business with them.

After reading some good reviews on many forum pages, we decided to order from organicbabyfood. 2 months have passed and no order no reaction from the staff. Make yourself a favour and don´t waste your money there. Already acquired money back.
