Still a five star
The five star review is maybe a little exaggerated, but I’m still very happy with ordernicotinepouchesonline. The reason why it’s exaggerated is because it took way longer than I would’ve liked. But the team was very quick to respond when I asked about it, so it wasn’t too big of a deal (and probably the fault of the delivery service). Why it’s 5 stars is because it’s discretely packaged and the products are great. They offer a wide range of pouches and flavours. I would definitely recommend this website!

Hi Jake,
We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be when a package doesn't arrive as expected.
According to the latest tracking information, your order has been shipped and is currently awaiting collection at a local PostNL pickup point following a failed delivery attempt.
We haven't received any previous email regarding this order, but we're always happy to help. Please contact us at info@ordernicotinepouches.com with your order details and we'll look into this immediately.
If there has been a delivery issue and the package cannot be recovered, we'll of course work with you to find a suitable solution. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we'll do our best to make things right.
Kind regards,

Hi Ahmad,
I’m really sorry to hear this! I completely understand how frustrating it feels when tracking doesn’t update properly. I would feel the same in your situation.
I just want to reassure you that your order was shipped from our side and handed over to PostNord (Swedish postal services) on March 24 in Stockholm. With international deliveries, tracking can sometimes pause for a while before updating again in the destination country.
That said, what matters most to us is that you receive your order and feel taken care of.
We noticed you haven’t reached out to us directly yet, we always respond quickly and do everything we can to solve situations like this right away.
Of course, if your order hasn’t arrived, we will either resend it or refund you in full. No problem at all.
Please contact us at info@ordernicotinepouches.com, and we’ll take care of this together 🙏
Kind regards,
Team OrderNicotinePouches
Great products at great prices with great customer service
Great products, at great prices with incredible service honestly! Their customer service is second to none and you'll be dealing with a small friendly team who are super reactive to any messages I've sent them.
I ordered to Belgium without issue.
They're very honest too! I made a large order once and only received a part of it, but I didn't notice because I'm a lazy bastard and didn't check properly. Well they sent me an email recently to let me know my package was returned to them and they offered to send it to me again!
I'm sure you don't get that everywhere...well I'm a regular customer now!

Zyns delivered as promised
Zyns delivered as promised, but delivery times are wrong or atleast misleading. i specifically chose them because it stated the following:
""" We ship all orders from within the EU to the Netherlands:
✅ Geen douane of invoerrechten
✅ Bezorging binnen 2–4 werkdagen
✅ Discrete, neutrale verpakking
✅ Trackinginformatie per e-mail
"""
but delivery took 7 days, kind of misleading if they're reffering to the werkdagen in that being the reason for it taking 7 days. the packet itself was still moving on saturday, which also doesnt make sense for that argument.

We’re really glad your ZYN arrived safely and discreetly. At the same time, we understand your point about the delivery time. We’ll make sure to be clearer for our Dutch customers so expectations match better next time.
Thank you again for your feedback – it truly helps us improve. Groeten uit Zweden 🇸🇪💙
