I purchased two of their premium silk pillowcases after which I read the reviews on here and got somewhat concerned whether I’d receive satin pillowcases instead. So I emailed the company raising my concerns and the reply I received was somewhat odd - customers have purchased satin instead of silk by error. This reply in fact made me more worried. I received the order within 6 working days of placing it - it looked very similar to my satin pillowcase so the first thing I did was I decided to carry out a test I’ve seen on youtube. You burn a small piece of the fabric and examine the burned area. So of course I didn’t burn the pillowcase but I cut a small piece of the inside lining around the zip area, held it with tweezers and burned the edge with matches. It passed the test - smelled like burned hair, the burned edge turns into powder when rubbed and didn’t flame. I guess there might be other ways to test but I’m not a professional and never had a silk pillowcase before. In terms of the quality I bought it as the top quality and that I can’t test but for the price I paid I guess I can’t complain. So I’m happy with the purchase, hopefully it lasts.

Lovely silk sleep masks and very comfortable. There was an issue with my first delivery but the customer service was absolutely brilliant and I was not only refunded but was also sent replacements.

Avoid this company at all cost i bought a cap on the 10th of april which never came i told them this and they sent me a picture of the parcel at someones door and said its been delivered but it wasnt my house i sent them photos of my house and so i did a bank charge back because they refused to refund me and the cheek of em have disputed the charge back absolute thieves and conmen there phone number doesnt exist so please be aware they will steal your money

I bought apparently 2 silk pillows cases and I spent £ 18.44( probably cheap for silk).
They arrive only 1 pillow cases and no tags information from which company coming from.

Very happy with the pillowcases, feels like real silk. The customer service also is great as they answered all the questions that I had very quickly.

Pillowcase is beautiful quality. I think it's helping my hair as less knots and tats when I wake up now (I have tatty hair). Would definitely recommend and customer service is excellent they respond very quickly and are most helpful. 👌

Excellent product. Really pleased. Goods took a little while to arrive but I emailed to enquire about delay & the support team answered immediately.

I ordered Jasmin silk pillow cases as a gift for someone back in October 2023

What I received was the cheapest satin I’ve ever seen and I already have Jasmin silk pillow cases, so I know the difference.
When orchid were confronted, they refused to accept the truth and offered me half my money back and I could keep the items which were of no use to me.
I refused and after much back and forth with Orchis state trying to negotiate and argue with me, they agreed to refund me in full in December which is still to materialise despite me chasing by email daily given the number they provide doesn’t exist.

Don’t be fooled, go to a legitimate company to buy your goods!

Scam, cheep satin. When I wrote for refund they promised to in few days refund. Never arrived. It’s over month and no money.

Useless product.... i cut some part of my pillowcase after burn it's hard like plastic. Useless please don't buy don't waste your money

Shocking company, DO NOT USE! Take ages to ship, products are poor quality, no refund provided. Say they will refund but don't bother. Absolute waste of my time and money.

I am usually very good at reviewing sites I haven't used before online, and I really wish I had read the reviews here rather than trusting the obviously fake ones on the site, but unfortunately I didn't see these and the site looked good, even made it sound UK based. My experience has been the same as everyone else, cheap satin, not the silk you are ordering or paying for, no response from site regarding complaint once cheap product received, I ordered baby pink and not only are they cheap satin they are orangey pink, not nice!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE HARD EARNED CASH LIKE I HAVE!!! By the way not surprisingly I have not been invited to review my product like most sites give the option, I hope you look on here before you get scammed!!

Cheap satin and wasn't even in packaging! After reading the reviews I agree I probably won't get my money back either.

Total lies! I bought 2 100% mulberry silk pillowcases and they are cheap synthetic satin. Can't believe they are stating 100% mulberry silk. I have requested a return, but expect for there to be excuses.

I purchased a silk sleep cap on 16th aug took around 2 weeks before I received package upon opening I found 3 hair bands inside! I tried to contact company via email & phone too but had no response what so ever! Totally appalled by this especially as I paid £30. Will never use this company again

I’ve been waiting for my pillow cases for 2 weeks now they said my order has been dispatched but no tracking number included, when I went to the website they are now on holiday for a month not hopeful my order will come having read the other reviews very disappointing

I ordered six "Silk" pillowcases, which duly arrived. Satin not silk. What was odd was that the order went through OrchardState.co.uk website but the payment went through Tebbith, Optician, Muscatine. I have asked for refund and informed my Card Provider that I think this is a suspicious transaction. Will complete Disputes Form if money has not been refunded in 5 - 7 working days. Buyer Beware!
28 May Have received part refund. Would not give me a return address for the goods.
Also my email crashed after last email to them, had to uninstall and reinstall for it to work!
