They are professional, they accommodate, they make everything you want and envision come to life and I have had the most amazing experience by far!! These earrings are completely amazing.. beautiful clear sparkly stones. You will be amazed by the sparkle. Hard to capture in a photo.. do not hesitate to order.. you will be overjoyed. Their customer service is incredible.. they really care about their customers being happy. Responsive.. VERY patient.. with all my questions. Arrived weeks ahead of schedule! Packaging is fabulous.. with a personalised card.

I'm sooo obsessed with it! It looks exactly as pictured and the owner was so sweet whenever I sent them a message saying I accidentally placed my order with the wrong size! They messaged me back the next day even though they were on vacation (!!!) and said it was nbd and they'll get it updated 🥲 I paid the extra $ for express shipping so I could make sure to have it before my company's Christmas party the first week of December, and when I asked about it they ensured it would get to me by then. I was so excited when it arrived even earlier than that and I got to wear it to the in-laws for Thanksgiving! Highly recommend checking them out if you're on the fence about it!! 🩷

I ordered a custom wedding ring set from Orbison and it turned out so beautifully. The craftsmanship is amazing and it’s definitely worth the price. Soniya was very communicative and answered all my questions I had. The process was very easy and I got sent videos of my ring before they shipped it to make sure it was what I wanted. Their customer service is the best! I ordered a custom engagement ring and they were extremely patient and detailed when iterating on the design with my (many) comments. I'm so happy with how the ring came out and the packaging was also fantastic - the brown box that the ring came in was very sturdy and the ring box itself was fuzzy and felt luxurious to the touch.
