The follow up on shipping address was very professional and they made sure it made it to the correct address after I gave them an incorrect shipping address. This is the 2nd sign I've purchased and had great experiences both times. Both signs were custom business designs and came out amazing. Customer service was great when I had questions and the 2nd sign came surprisingly fast! I recommend 100%!

The sales rep Daisy was amazing and patient with my indecisive designs. The sign looks amazing and has been turned on for over a 2 weeks without any flaws! I did have a small issue with parts of sign not lighting up but was easily corrected by moving around some delicate wires.

Was skeptical but now a believer! Not always a good experience with Instagram type ads as you know but gave Orant a chance. The produced three signs for us. One of the signs arrived broken. Make sure you take photos of the box before you open! But I have to say while I was worried they would give me the run-around, they replaced the sign after seeing the pictures of the box and the sign and sent a new one! That shows they are a legitimate company. Highly recommend!
