Great product received, plenty of comments from our membership on the addition of this sign. Very easy process, got exactly what we ordered. Easy to install, and looks amazing.

The mock up I agreed to is not what was delivered. I sent numerous photos of what I received, and what I received is not what the mock up looked like.

They gave me the option to receive another sign if I paid another 150 dollars for shipping, I did not want two signs, and was not willing to lose more money. I was not given the option to attach photos, so you could judge the actual sign. Beware of this company, once they send you the product it is yours whether it looks like the mock up or not!

I ordered a custom sign for my firehouse with our logo. The sign was sent quickly however when I received it it was damaged in the shipping process. I reached out to Chloe and the customer service was incredible. What a good surprise in today's day and age. A new sign was shipped at no cost or work on my part and arrived within eight days. Chloe was so helpful and professional. I must say 5 stars, sign is great and they restored my faith in business. Thank you so much.

Part of the sign can not be seen because the light from the neon over powers even in 25% light mode. So did turn out as described in the pictures sent. Costing over $1000+ one would think that the whole logo could be seen. The other item that is a major issue, is the attachment bolts are flat and we could not fasten them by hand, so we had to use a grinder to form a way to use a flat head screwdriver in order to attach properly. Again not what we expected for the price we paid.

I was skeptical about ordering a sign from orant neon. The main reason is because of Facebook. Its hard to trust advertisement on social media. After reading some reviews ( which may not be from real people, skeptical again) I decided to take a chance. I am more than impressed than I can express. Lindsey, was very help full and didn't get frustrated with me even though we went back and forth a bunch on design features. Once we came to an agreement on the design, I was hopeful that it would actually look like the proofs that I was sent. To say the least it looks exactly like the proof. I will also say it turned out much better when seeing it in person. I want to thank Lindsey and her team for working with me through all the back and forth and delivering me a very professional product. I got a new one we are fixing to start work on and would refer Orant Neon to anyone ready to create there next NEON sign. Thanks again for your great work.

Totally confused here about what payment arrangements I've tried to make on 3 neon signs, instead of going lump sum, I wanted to pay by money orders; By which they changed business models, and then have not received an invoice thru paypal as I requested. Doesn't seem legit, if it's changing things on me constantly. I adore the mock ups they introduced, but they did the old "Bait N Switch" on me. I would like to have the signs they proposed, and mocked up, but at that high price, I think I will rather make payments over time. Maybe, I can come back to edit this later to a 5 star review. I'm just really sketchy about making online payments, at all.
