Absolutely stunning neon sign! Was having an issue with it not staying on. We were able to troubleshoot, and find that it was a faulty power supply. They quickly replaced the plug, and now it works as expected. Very satisfied with the company and their customer service!

The process of creating (artwork and conceptual design), quoting, and purchase was terrific. The support was great - when I had an issue with the shipment, I received a near-immediate response and it was solved in a couple days. The best part even after all of that is the awesome LED sign we have!

I saw this company on an ad. And thought, well this looks cool. Was kind of skeptical but I Started messing around and uploaded my picture I wanted to be turned into a neon. I was impressed. Then they asked what my range was and I said I couldn't pay that much. So they got it lower and free shipping. It came and it was perfect. So much, I got another. This company is great and will work with you. If I ever need a 3rd, I'll definitely be using them.
