I would argue that Orange Themes are lying to potential customers... They say that you get access to all their themes with the personal license and up. However, after purchase, you'll notice that you will only be able to download about half of their themes, because the other half is found on ThemeForest and you will have to purchase them there, one by one. I emailed them about it but never got a response. To show how much they care about their customers:
Go to their site and click on support. Next click on "Submit Support Ticket" for existing members. What happens is that you get to their homepage. The button doesn't actually open a contact form! Stay away from Orange Themes if possible.

At the outset I must commend that they have some rather nice themes.

However, after releasing a theme, they will spend a couple of months supporting the theme by applying bug fixes. After that, you can say goodbye to fixes or any kind of suggestions. Even if wordpress has updates and the theme might need adjustments.

I have seen their forums with numerous complaints for a particular theme I too purchased. They do give custom fixes to clients who complain. But they do not package these fixes into a new release that will benefit all their customers. Imagine microsoft fixing holes in their OS only for the people who find the issues and letting the masses go by their daily life cause they didn't find these issues.

Never will i make the mistake of purchasing another theme from them. Nor should you. I don't know how will they convince existing customers who leave to ever come back again.
