Placed my order on the 26th August, I received no email confirmation. And I still on the 9th September have not received my order. I am not impressed.

My problem is the colours of the nail…
My problem is the colours of the nail varnish shown on-line are very different to the actual colour and also it takes a lot longer than 30 seconds for the applications to dry. More like 5 minutes!

Order I received 4.1.21
Received the above order on 04/01/21 @ 1.40pm, on opening the box My Magic Hour Nail Gel was smashed in the bottom, it was a right mess, When looking at the other bottles two of the other gels had got cracked lids, Rocks & Soft Lilia, could these be replaced please, looking at my order I was asked to replace a colour because you had run out it was Sweet Wine, I replaced it with Magic hour and I had already ordered it and it was one of them that smashed is it possible to replace it with Sweet Wine if you have it in stock or eternal flame and replace the two with cracked lids.
This is the 3 order I have had from you never had this problem before sorry to have to tell you this.
I have sent two emails with pictures and a text Message and had no reply, I don’t know if I am going to get these nail gels replaced?

So Happy with my product
So Happy with my product. I ordered it boxing day but didn't arrive till monday just been because they had ran out of 2 of the nail varnishes that I picked so had to choose another. They were fast to respond and had it express to me. I used it straight away and love it works perfectly highly recommended.

Great value for money
Great value for money, lasted a week before the first chip. Removes beautifully, I wrapped for 20 minutes and it came off perfectly. Can’t wait to order some more colours!
