Excellent pre sales help and advice
I needed to make some enquiries before I made a purchase. Albert from customer services was extremely helpful and patient with me when I repeated asked further questions. Once I had chosen my cycling glasses and placed my order, I received emails telling me each stage of the process and and new glasses arrived within 2 weeks. Excellent service.

Very good price and very high quality
Very good price and very high quality. I was impressed with the lens clarity and the price for a fairly complex lens that included prism correction and stigmatism correction. I would have appreciated some sort of instructions on how to install the lenses in my ski goggles.

Really great product
Really great product - arrived so fast and fit my ski goggles perfectly I wanted to wait till I used them for my honest review and they really are incredible!! 10/10 would reccomend and the customer service was great!

Amazing!?
I had an amazing experience with optiout. I needed prescription inserts for my snowboard goggles. I ordered and when the first shipment got stopped during shipping, the support team immediately sent me a new pair.
This really saves my trip! Would have been miserable without them. Thank you so much!
What made it even better was the fact that the first shipment still showed up and now i have a backup pair.
I will definitely be recommending optiout to friends.

We want to assure you that this is a legitimate order, and we are here to make it right. Let me provide an update on your order #optiout2019 for the Prescription Ski Goggle Insert.
You placed your order on November 8th with our free Standard Shipping option. As outlined in our shipping policy, custom prescription lenses require 3-5 business days for production before they ship and Standard Shipping time is 8-10 business days. Your order was completed and dispatched on November 13th, and a shipment confirmation email with tracking details was sent to you that day.(if you didn't find it, please kindly check your spam email folder.)
According to the tracking information, the local carrier attempted a delivery on Sunday, November 23rd, but it was unsuccessful because the delivery address was listed as a business that was closed. The status was updated to "Delivery Exception, Business Closed."
To resolve this immediately, we have already contacted the shipping carrier to request a re-delivery as soon as possible. We will also follow up closely to ensure your package reaches you.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but the processing and shipping timelines for your order have been within the estimates provided at checkout. We truly hope this clarification helps and that you will soon have your inserts.
