Once I learned how it works and how easy it was to use i would recommend the options card. I do feel it needs a few more outlets and shops to give a better choice.

It's a bit complicated.
The choices are great the process works quickly once you've jumped through all the hoops.
It seems overcomplicated, having to add things to my wallet, purchasing vouchers and adding them to my wallet after once again being prompted for my email address, it was just slow going.
I had to purchase two separate vouchers because my value wasn't an option I found it completely inane and convoluted.
It should be click and done. I really hope this feedback helps because as it stands I don't want to have to use this again unless the process has been a lot more streamlined.

Thanks for the feedback - on some gift card brands the security requirement on entering your email address to see the card on your phone is poor - not our set up unfortunately. Glad that everything worked out and we will take note of your feedback.

The options card is not flexible to use…
The options card is not flexible to use as you always have to first create a gift card even when making purchases for yourself. Also the card can only be used for online purchases in some stores.

Thank for the feedback. We're a little different, but flexible in different ways. Yes, you have to create a gift card first, but then we offer 5 years validity to do that, no decreasing balance over time, regifting and sharing the balance, discount offers from retail partners and most importantly no fees to buy or use.

1 star.... really? You cannot combine a business issued card balance with a consumer issued card balance. You can combine business with business and consumer with consumer. This is a feature not a bug.

It was useful to have a number of options on where to spend the gift.
It was not clear and as a result it took myself and a friend a lot of time to transfer the value of the card to a virtual Mastercard.
