I was experiencing constant buffering…
I was experiencing constant buffering on both my tvs this morning. I got in touch with customer service and they helped me fix the problem. Now I know what to do the next time it happens. Their customer service is truly excellent! I’ve tried several iptv services. This by far the best.

In many cases, it depends on the player being used, as apps like TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro are known to sometimes take longer to refresh or load EPG data.
That being said, we strongly advise customers to contact us immediately whenever they experience any issue or irregularity. Our team at OpticTV is always available and ready to assist quickly, and reporting issues helps us investigate and provide the best possible solution without delay.

I've had this service for 6 months now and I am renewing for another 3 months today. The service is really reliable so far. no issues at all with the series and movies or live tv side of things. Would still much rather have this than pay for cable
