I have a 30 year old pair of Opticron High Resolution 10x42 Binoculars. The right eye piece used for eye adjustment was totally loose and I thought it would have to be repaced. On ringing Opticron's Service department I was given advice on the phone how to do the job myself for free. They are now back in full working order. Great service for 30 years

I needed lens caps for a pair of Zeiss binoculars which Zeiss could not supply. Opticron provided a vast array of suitable caps in different sizes, and a pair of 34mm diameter ones fit the bill exactly. Ordering, payment and delivery were swift and easy.

I was sent the wrong product (binocular harness connector set), despite having had a prior detailed conversation with customer support person about the connector set compati le with my Opticron harness. This resulted in having to pay for the return of product in exchange for the correct one. Disappointingly, Opticron made an error in swapping the product and sent me the same (wrong) connector set again. Result: a lot of hassle for me to get the right product.
