Terrible experience I bought the online waxing course. I never got access to the course and have sent several e mails with no response. I have this as a PayPal dispute and they still don’t respond. Stay well clear of these people.

Yet to get a job with it

I did not receive my certificate, even though I paid for it. It has not arrived.

So happy with the mattress. It is so comfortable and the quality looks great. It was delivered really quickly, much sooner than expected. I aired it out for 24 hours and that was more than enough time to get rid of any ‘new mattress’ smell and for it to fully expand. It feels just like my Emma mattress, which was more than twice the price, so great value also.

Everything is excellent

I have never come across a more poorly written course.
I couldn’t figure out whether a faulty AI or a 6 year old wrote this.
Ignoring countless spelling and grammatical mistakes, half of the time the writing on the slides simply made no sense.
The sentences were reminiscent of a mix between someone trying desperately to reach a word count, and someone trying their utmost to sound sophisticated, but missing the mark and instead becoming unintelligible.

Even the final exam had spelling mistakes.
How is this in line with CPD guidelines..?

The modules and it's simple explanation. Easy to comprehend. I am also exacted about the standard. I will be happy to take one or more course.

The course is simple and easy to understand

I accidentally entered my old email address which I don’t have access to. I paid for a course which I can’t do. I’ve tried emailing multiple times and calling to get the problem resolved but not remotely possible when they won’t answer. Avoid! I want to say terrible customer service buts it’s impossible to say when there is none.

Understandable and clear presentation of the information. Definitely recommend.

Some courses can be completed ...bit disappointed in the content of the ones completed.

Firstly they sent me the wrong course but they managed to receive my email with this problem and fix this problem but I never actually got a reply or apology on how this happend.

Second one of my course for equine reproduction has only allowed me to get to unit 7 and unable to open and complete the rest of the course so SCAM!

Third I was disappointed in my equine first aid as this is information I already knew there wasn't enough content for me to feel like it worth the money.

Will have to look elsewhere that will provide more information.

Great CPDs really gets the job done.

I think I have just been scammed! Not only is the site confusing, but I the prices went down overnight. I have done a few courses with Oplex, and they were basic but fine as CPD / something to put on my CV to fill it up. I wanted to do Level 4 Counselling Skills to top up on some theory . This is where you have to be very careful, because depending on how search it either comes up as two courses on one page (which you have to pay for separately) or as level 3 and level 4 which you pay for together. I stupidly signed for both, then realised as I had clicked on and opened the Level 3 looking for the Level 4. Level 3 is useless - just pages of text for you to read which may even be copied from notes from another course being run somewhere legitimately, and then an exam at the end. Level 4 seems a little better, as it is at least set out as an eCourse and has some theory I need for my work. Trying to get a refund for the Level 3 I discovered two things. One was that I had paid £50 for the two course mistake, the level 4 course was run separately and it was only £30. I could have saved £15 if I had waited. As I emailed about the problem, they took me off both courses, said I would get a refund. This still has not appeared (a week later) and when I rang the office no one was answering the phone. I am guessing no one ever will - blank phone number to look good on the website. Are we being scammed by this company? Yes we are. I shall not be coming back, and have written this very detailed review to warn people properly.

Tried to extend my course for another year something going wrong online payment not going through, tried to call customer service number nobody answers, started chat online who ever it was more than useless not prepared to call me to help bad attitude needs
a course in customer service or
sacking was also going to book a different course as well but will go elsewhere now.

I feel glad to have really good experience with oplex careers, authentic and professional ti their work.I received my certificate within 2 day very quick and good service.

Could not recommend more , very well structured theoretical course which provides with basic knowledge . If you want to upgrade skills have to search for advanced courses thou. All in all is quite informative and well designed . Best of luck 🤞

I have recently started doing course on this platform for my career , easy to use informative and very good courses and I have used other . I will continue to add more certificate’s and keep going through courses I enjoy . I have now completed a few courses and I have to say I can’t fault Oplex. I passed each course, I found them easy to follow, I was tested regarding my gained knowledge which helped me complete the assessments. I learnt things I had never been aware of.

I will be booking more relevant course.
