Appalling and unhelpful customer service
I read their reviews, watched their videos of happy, satisfied customers and on 26th July ordered 2 bras carefully following their instructions re measuring and sizing. However when the bras came they did not fit and were way too small. I checked the size shown on the bras and it was the size I ordered. I took them to a store that did a bra size fitting and they confirmed it was at least 2 sizes smaller than they stated it to be. I emailed them with the information that I had been given and requested a free refund as they were of no use to me and they replied that I would have to pay the return costs so it wouldn't be worth it and to gift them to someone. I replied that that was not an acceptable reply and again requested a full refund at no cost to myself. All they have done is to offer me a 20% discount on my next order. I have emailed at least 4 times now saying the same thing and have got nowhere.
