When I went to withdrawl they asked for further verification and required I send them a copy of the email confirmation for the etransfer I sent to them when I deposited however I did not receive one and I've contacted both gigadat and my bank and they explained that sometimes you don't get a verification email if the etransfer is auto deposited and they are not able to provide this email so now I'm screwed
