The personal touch of a hand written note was so lovely. She ensured the dress arrived on time despite there being Royal Mail strikes. I would 100% recommend and will be hiring again!

I recently hired a dress from Only Once Dress Hire for my friend's wedding after seeing someone I follow on Instagram wearing one of their dresses. I went for the Meshki pink dress and would highly recommend as it was vibrant, classy and was cutout at the back. The best thing about hiring though was the personal service that Lottie provided, she was so attentive, warm and gave the best customer service! Thank you so much Lottie, I'll definitely be back! :)
