The made to measure service worked well, although the website could be clearer in explaining which cuts and edging are required to add to basket depending on the design and specific worktop. Communication was good, although it would have been better to be called by the driver an hour or so before arrival - luckily the 7pm arrival time meant I was able to assist unloading. Overall a positive buying experience and now installed the worktops look great, at a much lower cost than offered by the kitchen showrooms.

Initially the experience with online workshop was ok - the product was ordered, dispatched and arrived inline with how most online companies work. The problems started very quickly from there on in - the quality of product was poor, and the experience quickly diminished as the Mazan splashback we ordered broke on installation by our kitchen installer with 20+years of experience. The customer service experience was responsive but extremely poor from there, with the company refusing to admit the product which is advertised as "beautiful and tough, Mazan® is a highly durable surface" is from our experience brittle, poor quality, and contained no installation warnings that its almost impossible to install without breaking in 3 meter sections. The company wouldnt talk to our kitchen fitter and instead hid behind emails in responding to the above issues and insisted it was an installer issue without actually speaking to the installer. If you have any issues with the product you are ordering - from our experience you wont get an opportunity to actually talk to someone about it and will have to deal with an email only response. Our experience and advice would be to avoid this company and use local suppliers - our experience on trying to save a few £££'s is now double what we should have spent.

First class product and service. The team understood exactly what I needed and took great care in cutting the 'off-cuts' knowing how I wanted to use them. Great finish on the edges, all in all the worktop looks great. Also, the delivery guy (as well as phoning an hour before delivery, and again 5 minutes before) was on time and went beyond expectation and took them to my first floor kitchen.

I ordered two worktops which were cut and edged exactly to the drawings I supplied, finished perfectly, and well wrapped for transit. Delivery time was exactly as stated and the driver phoned an hour before he arrived. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the order and would not hesitate to use Online Worktops again.

I ordered several samples from Online Worktops, none of which ever arrived. This was the only company I ordered samples from that made you pay for them. As they didn't arrive I emailed and asked for a refund. No one got back to me so I emailed again. This time i got a very curt response telling me that i would not be getting a refund. What a scam this is !!! Totally unacceptable customer service and in my opinion they are not a reputable company.

I bought the Axiom Citrine Lustre simply beautiful, at the best price possible, together with attentive careful delivery and excellent customer care service, I highly recommend this company .

Having researched numerous online sites for Max- top worktops, Online Worktops offered by far the best price as well as free delivery for goods over £500. Ordering was straightforward and we were kept fully informed by text & email about delivery’ including a 2-hour timeslot text the day before and a 30-minute update from the driver on the day of delivery. The goods were securely packaged & arrived in perfect condition at exactly the time stated. One of the free upstands was very slightly narrower than the others but Debbie from Customer Service bent over backwards to ensure replacements were sent out straight away. We were very impressed with Online Worktops’ competitive pricing, great quality worktops and superb
customer service & would definitely recommend this company to others 👍

The ordering process was straightforward with useful input and clarifications on the fabrication options. The worktops arrived on time with a call an hour beforehand and the driver was very helpful and courteous. The worktops were in excellent condition and the fabrication which I had ordered (3 radiused corners on a breakfast bar fully re-edged with a single strip) is of an extremely high standard.

So, overall a first class experience.

I had been looking around for the best price for the Artis Bohemian worktops and found Online Worktops. I was so impressed by how much money I saved on the items, but I did think there must be a catch. I was wrong, contact with me throughout was amazing, email to confirm delivery and a text with a 2 hour window. Driver also called when they were on the way 40 min warning - couldn’t of been better. I also had a few questions to ask and turned to their Facebook chat, I spoke with a lovely person allied Jamie who was a pleasure to deal with. Answered all questions promptly, with a human element not the type of automated messages most companies use. They also refunded my delivery as I purchased over £500 and helped me arrange a return (I ordered wrong size, completely my fault) all in all I really could not be happier with my experience and am so glad I picked this company. I will recommend to anyone o can looking for worktops. Absolutely brilliant 😀

I received my samples promptly, and a second batch too with equal speed. Phone conversations were helpful and delivery of the worktops was quick. My only concern was that having just one delivery man was not very fair on him, and although my kitchen fitter was on hand to help it was a tough job for him.

I do not trust this company.
At the time of ordering, and after I put in an address and postcode, they added a charge to deliver the worktops. After I had paid, they then contacted me to say that they could not do so and charged me 3% of the total to cancel the order. This was done on the basis that I had read the terms and conditions - who really does?- and should have contacted them. It seems to me that any reputable company trading online would have a postcode checker which instantly says something like 'we may have a problem delivering to your postcode. Please contact us on [telephone number] before proceeding.' It felt to me like an easy way for them to get some money.

Large selection and easy, clear ordering online. Delivered as specified. No problems with the worktops, looking good now fitted.

They wouldn't deliver to my area. Even though they will deliver to another area which isn't even far.

I got charged £10 for refunding me. It took the girl 10secs.

Bought from this company initially as they offered the best price and free delivery.
After delivery we noticed a small fault on one of the worktops.
Debbie (in the office) was excellent in her handling of the situation and had a new replacement delivered the same day.
The replacement worktop arrived at 7PM. (Friday evening)
The driver (Jack) was very pleasant and had obviously gone out of his way to deliver at this time in order that my fitters could install the next day.
This is one of the best companies that I have dealt with for a long time.

I have received excellent service from this company. Using the website was extremely straightforward, I did have a query but was able to talk to a customer services advised who new exacting what he was talking about (a rarity this days) and answer my questions. I was notified of the delivery date and was contacted an hour before the delivery by the driver who was also very helpful. Although the worktops were slightly more expensive than another site I looked at; when I phone them I had to leave messages requesting them to call back but they never returned my call, so just imagine what it would have been like if I had had a problem, so paying that bit extra is well worth the peace of mind. WELL DONE ONLINE WORKTOPS YOU ARE GREAT would certainly recommend you.

Right from start to finish, this has to be the best online experience ever. I am very deaf, so shopping this way makes life so much easier for me. One of the items I needed wasn't in stock, bu the lovely lady I spoke to, assured me it would be in before my fitter started, and it was.
A lovely young gentleman delivered the goods on the day they were due, he was so helpful and according to my husband, the nicest young man he has come across in years.
I really can't rate the service of this company highly enough.

I ordered work top that I needed for next day - ordered late Wednesday afternoon. Spoke to a Gentleman called Jack -his service from start to finish was 1st class He went beyond and above getting me the worktop I needed and delivered to me the following day - due to a mishap that happened to my new worktops I had installed that day. Jack also checked the next day if my work top had arrived in which it did. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company.

I have no problem with the worktops, which look fabulous in my kitchen. My only problem is that I had to help the driver bring two worktops and a breakfast bar into my house. I'm a 63 year old woman, so it wasn't easy. They do say that someone would have to help the driver, but it would be impossible for a less fit or older person to help. I had to have these work tops quickly as I was let down by another company, so I had no choice but to get them from Online Worktops as they could deliver them before my fitter was due to come. Good service - although the driver didn't look very happy!

Very pleased with my Mistral worktop, helpful staff, good price and delivered on day requested. However the worktop was heavy (approx. 200lb) delivered by one man with no lifting or transporting device. It was not easy for the two of us to lift it from the van and carry down my drive to the house. If I had been told the weight in advance and that there would not be trolley to transport it, I would have arranged for some extra bodies.
