We have been booking numerous trips and…
We have been booking numerous trips and tours with OVC for well over 2 decades and have always been supported with excellence. In recent years my wife and I have been served by Senior Manager Aidy Alonzo Vass who is exemplary in every respect. While she has an extremely long list of clients, she always has time to speak with us or answer our emails in a timely fashion. Our most recent trip was a Viking Mississippi River vacation, and once again Aidy left no stone unturned. Every detail was in place--our air travel was perfect with our FF numbers and TSA on the tickets when we arrived at the Delta desk. The extra day at the hotel in New Orleans and the transports from the airline to the hotel and to the ship took place without a hitch. The cruise was perfect and so were the arrangement, post cruise. We have had several excellent travel agents at OVC, but Aidy is far and away the best. In fact she is the very best we have ever had in over 4 decades of travel. We give the highest recommendation to Aidy Vass and Online Vacation Center--JKA
