Our support team responded to all of your requests within 15 minutes, as stated in our SLA. After clarifying the details, the support team immediately attempted to restore the proxy. When you requested a refund, it was also processed within 15 minutes.

You purchased three proxies. One of them went offline for an extended period, and we were unable to restore it. Therefore, we agreed with your claim and issued a refund. The other two proxies appear to be performing reasonably well based on the logs.

I would also like to point out that mobile proxies are not a fully stable technology. There are multiple points in the chain and certain weak spots (for example, the wireless mobile network). We cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. Typically, uptime is around 95–98%, so occasional short disruptions are expected.

In some cases, proxy devices may go offline for an extended period. In such situations, we issue refunds.

You are right: there was an issue with one of the private proxies you purchased. Private proxies should allow you to fully control IP rotation, including disabling automatic rotation and changing the IP manually.

In your case, one of the proxies was changing the IP automatically regardless of the settings. This should have been treated as a technical issue with the proxy.

Unfortunately, we initially misunderstood your report. Instead of focusing on the unwanted automatic IP changes, we checked whether manual IP rotation worked. Since manual rotation itself was working, we incorrectly concluded that the proxy was fully operational.

This is not the price for a specific country, but the minimum cost among all available offers from various providers. Currently, the minimum price for private proxies is $1.74, but offers for $1 may appear throughout the day. Prices for proxies from specific countries, including Poland, vary depending on the provider and demand.

Regarding support service, we reviewed your correspondence and can see that our team responded to each of your messages within 10 minutes, trying to help and clarify the situation. We regret that despite the prompt responses, we were unable to provide you with the desired solution.
