Great work!
My little A8 cards (10k) were rubberised. 250 pcs per pack.
We didn't talk about when I ordered it. It was ab extra work from them.
The priming is perfect and the thickness too. Thank you very much.

Poor quality work and poor customer service
Made a small 100 item print order for some aftercare leaflets to give to my clients, post-treatment. This company was a little more expensive than others but I didn't want "cheap", I wanted quality.
The order arrived in decent time and I didn't open them the day they arrived due to a heavy workload. The following day I got an email from onlineprinters saying that there was a printer issue and it asked me to check my items, to see if there were any defects. They said that if there were any issues, they would replace the order free of charge.
I immediately opened the package and checked the leaflets only to find the paper was completely warped almost as if they had been subject to moisture. I assume this was something to do with the printer issue they emailed me about. I have had numerous print jobs done in the past and never had a delivery of bent and/or warped paper before.
The actual printwork on the paper was fine but the state of the paper means I cannot give these to my clients.
I replied to their email explaining this and sending photos, fully expecting them to say they would replace this as per their previous email.
I got a response shortly afterwards saying that they are sorry I'm not happy with my order and that they would offer me a £10 voucher against my next order.
They came to me, admitting a print error with my order, offering to replace items affected. Then when I confirm there was an issue with the items I ordered, they apologise for the fact that I'm "not happy", do a complete U-turn and offer me a voucher for less than half of the cost of my original order.
Why on earth do they think I would order again, if this is the quality of the work and service?
I responded to them again, within 10 minutes of recieving their patronising offer, to tell them this isn't acceptable but I am yet to hear back from them. This was over 24 hours ago now. I can only assume they are ignoring me.
I'll have to go elsewhere at further cost, I suppose.

Our order hasn't arrived
Our order hasn't arrived, was told 3 delivery dates totally missed deadlines, had to get some printed locally to help my client out and now on the 3rd delivery date been told its been returned to them absolute S••• Show and funny how you cant get in touch directly with Fabian Stich who is apparently the manager...Asked for a refund lets see how long that takes...

My order has gone missing
My order has gone missing. Rather than deal with the issue the customer service agent blamed me for not raising it with them sooner! Apparently it's my job to chase my missing order with the shipping agent rather than them noticing on their own site that a delivery is 2 weeks late and still pending! I won't be using them again. The customer service agent was extremely rude.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication, no order confirmation email received what so ever, when as a customer we assumed order has gone through and will receive a delivery but weeks later the with no sight of delivery when contacted the company, received a lame and rude response as if the person has least interest in having a customer.
