Very Hectic and Frustrating. The Notary Agent is not getting on Call. My documents rejected 20 times with Lame Reasons. Frustrating Customer Support. onlinenotarry.net saying now that "You may visit a US embassy in your country to have the notarization completed." Wow! Now i have to wait 2 3 years for appointment with US embassy to notarize address.

They do not have enough notaries on their board. I waited for 15 min twice and then got kicked out.
I would never want to deal with them again.
Very bad service.

I wanted a document notarized after hours, so went through the identity verification steps and waited for a while for a notary to join the video call. Eventually I gave up, and left the tab open so I could continue in the morning. To my surprise I found that my document had been notarized in the interim, before I had had a chance to even sign it and when I was certainly not present. Shouldn't the software prevent this? Doesn't this undermine the legitimacy of the notarization?

I tried contacting chat support, but they didn't seem interested in understanding the problem or finding a solution. Fortunately I was able to start the process over again during normal business hours, and everything went smoothly.

Very poor quality service. The notary failed to insert her commission number, what state issued her commission, the expiry date of her commission, etc. In fact, the entire notary statement was left blank. All she did was sign her name. Customer service was responsive prior to my payment. This was before I received the defectively "notarized" document. Since then, attempts to contact them by chat & email have gone unanswered. The document I received does not fulfill the requirements of law and will need to be re-notarized elsewhere. A waste of time and money.

The waiting time was over an hour. The customer service is terrible. I have tried contacting them several times through phone, email, and chat and I get no response. Their authentication page doesn't work. The company that needed the document notarized didn't accept it because of this.

Needed a short document notarized with a single signature after normal working hours. Went through an irritating verification process only to waste an hour of my time with bots. I hope my ID isn't being stolen as I type this.

I HAVE BEEN USING onlinenotary.net SINCE 2020 AS I AM BASED IN AUSTRALIA AND USE A MAILBOX IN THE USA TO RECEIVE MY BUSINESS MAIL. PREVIOUSLY I HAD 3 OTHER DOCUMENTS NOTARIZED NO PROBLEM UNTIL TODAY.

I WAS MIDWAY THROUGH NOTARIZING MY DOCUMENT WHEN I WAS RUDELY HUNG UP ON AND ACCOUNT BLOCKED FOR NO REASON WHAT SO EVER.. WHEN ASKED IN LIVE CHAT WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS DISABLED THERE ANSWER:

Unfortunately we've implementted a new verification technology Which does not allow non-verified users to be able to use our services since last few weeks
Your account was flagged with unable to verify address
We can unblock your account if you are able to send us a US Passport copy

THIS MAKES NO SENSE, AS I COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY 3 RECENT DOCUMENT NOTARIZATION WITH THE SAME AUSTRALIAN ID DOCUMENTS AS TODAY, WHICH WHERE MY AUSTRALIAN ID AND RENTAL LEASE AS PROOF OF ADDRESS. THIS IS EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR AND I WOULD WARN OTHER BEFORE ENTERING THERE PERSONAL AND PRIVATE INFORMATION.

I WILL ALSO BE MAKING FORMAL COMPLAINTS TO THE APPROPRIATE LEGAL DEPARTMENTS.

Truly horrible! Those are truly corrupt and discriminating, and violate the law and/or rules under which a notary should operate.
