I've been using Lloyds Pharmacy online for almost a decade now, and have always found it a good experience without hassle or stress.
As usual, my prescription arrived very promptly yesterday. Now I don't need to worry about it for another six months.
I was applying for wegovy and accidentally put in the wrong weight due to conversion from lbs to kg. I requested a new treatment with the correct weight.
First of all I didn’t get a response until I contacted myself asking for an update. They then asked me to confirm my weight and height, fair enough because I had two different ones put down. Then they ask me why I have two different ones put down which I explain.
They then deny me treatment because my bmi is too low (it’s not when you go by my correct weight) and when I asked and explained the error they just restated that my bmi is 29.5 (it’s 31).
I would understand if I had to provide proof of my weight which I would have been happy to do. But to be denied based off a mistake which I explained and then only get answers when asked for them is horrible service.

I had a UTI and knew i needed a short course of antibiotics, I filled in all the information and was going to pick up from the pharmacy on my way to work. My application was denied! I then had to take the day off work, put in the exact same information with superdrug online pharmacist instead, approved straight away. The only problem is the superdrug store was 12 miles away so i had to do a 24 mile journey in pain plus a missed days work due to the incompetence of the pharmacists here. 3 days later, I was cured. I think a woman knows her own body and knows when she needs medical care. Would I ever use this pharmacy service again? absolutely not! Not in a million years.

I chose Lloyds because they are trusted household name.
I also realised that the promotions for cheaper prices only relate to the low doses another decision to stick with them.
I am almost at my goal weight and will stay with Lloyds for maintenance.

Extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Lloyds Pharmacy Online Doctor.
I placed an order for Mounjaro costing nearly £300 and have spent the best part of a week chasing updates myself.
The original parcel was marked as having a delivery attempt. I dispute this entirely. I was at home waiting for the delivery, had no missed calls, no card left, and no evidence that anybody attended my property.
Since then, I have had to repeatedly contact customer services to obtain information about my order. Tracking information was not provided proactively, updates were not communicated clearly, and I found myself constantly chasing answers rather than being kept informed.
The parcel was eventually marked as being returned to sender and I was then advised that a replacement order would be arranged. Yet again, I have found myself having to chase confirmation and updates regarding the replacement.
My biggest frustration is not the delay itself. Mistakes happen. My frustration is the complete lack of ownership and communication. At every stage, I have been the one making calls, sending messages and trying to find out what is happening with a prescription medication that I have already paid for.
For a company handling expensive, temperature-sensitive medication, I expected a much higher standard of customer care and communication.
I sincerely hope Lloyds Pharmacy reviews how cases like this are handled because no customer should have to spend this much time chasing information about their own prescription.

The online doctor kept changing. Different people asking different questions even after I had filled in my details in the consultation form. And after all that I was asked to provide a copy of my driving licence or passport!!!! This was truly way over the top for someone who is already registered with the nhs for over 30 years.
You need to streamline and simplify your online experience otherwise it would put many off using this service.

Overall a satisfactory experience
I’d give a zero if I could. Go elsewhere for your weight loss injections.
Injection pen became defective and jammed and it's been over a week trying to get a response to simply just order another pen. Video and numerous messages sent.
They make it extremely difficult if not impossible to resolve any issues, as different customer servicers respond, so never get to resolve anything, just go around in a loop. Dreadful
