OBA is freakin' life changing.

1. The community is so encouraging and supportive and helpful and it's just a really nice space to be in while building your business / personal brand.

2. OBA has structured and systemized every step so it feels digestible and approachable without feeling too overwhelming. I struggled for years with freelancing -> trying to book higher value clients, always struggling with invoicing / collecting payments, spending time spinning my wheels trying to figure out what the best logical next step is for expanding my outreach.. OBA's program makes that all so logical and relatively easy.

3. The coaches don't let you fail!!! Throughout my creative career - I've been through a number of different programs for learning various skillsets and what really sets OBA a part is that they don't just sign you on and let you figure it out on your own, they're right there with you every step of the way.

What this program changed for me is that I have a reliable, consistent way to bring in clients and what is more important than that?!!? I have a forever income now. AND CAN COLLECT PAYMENT UPFRONT! Like what?

I came into OBA with no idea what to expect and honestly can't believe the transformation I've made in the 90 days. It's a layered program that gives you the structure and tactical skills to get where you need to go but it also really emphasizes mindset, pushing past negative beliefs, and growing positivity - something I didn't realize how much I needed until going through it. I am super thankful for the 1:1 coaches, the OBA community and the overall experience. Definitely take this program if you want to transform.

OBA has helped me grow my mindset and guided me toward a career path that supports my financial goals. The coaches, especially Sasha, are incredibly supportive and attentive to all of my questions. I never feel judged or criticized when I fall behind on something; I feel uplifted by a community where everyone supports one another. Truly a great program to join, 10/10 recommended!

Joining OBA was one of the best decisions I could have made for myself diving into the journey of starting and running my own business. The structure provided was easy to follow, and really helpful information.

OBA has given me a clear path forward. I have my own studio now! How amazing is that? Having a one-on-one coach was such an important part of the experience. I honestly felt so supported the entire way, enough to become a full time studio owner. I felt validated and I learned so much. I also loved that OBA leads with and focuses on mindset. There are also group calls and community board are also so helpful, and fun! People share what's going on with them in their journey, and it's awesome. Highly recommend if you're struggling as a freelancer or in a job that's not satisfying.

I enrolled in the OBA program with an open mind, being aware that I don't know what I don't know. But during my 90 days with them, I did not realize how much I was going to learn, especially from an online program. My accountability coach, Sasha, was always very responsive, kind, and on top of everything. All the feedback and comments I received from all the coaches were spot-on and they do not only teach you the "whats" and "hows" but most importantly, the "whys". They truly made starting a business feel not just less stressful, but they also made sure you're doing it with passion and with a meaningful end goal.
