Came across this website when trying to buy a rear louvre which no one seems to make anymore BUT found a rear windy blind with these guys and after a few emails back and forth I placed an order and when I received my order was super happy with the blind. It looks great and I think it’s well made and these guys were super helpful with the before sales service. Once it was made the delivery was super quick and no damage. Highly recommended this company and would definitely shop here again.

Had the part I needed at a reasonable price with quick delivery

Your desk staff inconvenienced me on pickup the order at your warehouse. My phone was damaged and I couldn't retrieve the email with the order number. He used my name and phone number and told me I hadn't ordered anything since 2021. That was a load of crap for a start. As I was in the area I decided to pick up the part. I then had to find a place to repair my phone at Chermside at cost of 150.00. I then went back with email and I was given the ordered part. I live in Redland Bay on a Island. My advice try harder you prick. I have purchased numerous parts from you for two vehicles over the years.Did I get an apology. When I returned? NO.

Dealing with Online Auto parts was the easy part and products were good quality.
However, the transport company was far from acceptable. Dispatched from Brisbane on a Friday for delivery to Toowoomba Wednesday . Then advised there was a 48hour delay so delivery would be Friday morning.
After calling the "call center in the Philippines was told the goods were delivered to the Toowoomba depot on Tuesday . Only other choice was to visit the local depot to collect the goods however they were still packed in the Tuesday crate. Upon waiting for 30 minutes they evenually got my parts out. Then forwarded emails advising my delivery had been completed. Suggest you get another courier for outside Brisbane.

Really happy with the product received. Part arrived quickly with no fuss and of course the price was fantastic. Can highly recommend using Online Auto Parts again 😊
