My husband bought me an embroidery kit from this site. The description on the website, especially the images, is extremely misleading. It says learn embroidery, but you get the thinnest thread, not embroidery floss. It is cheap with slippery fabric. It is not at all like the images; he got duped. The company said he has to pay shipping, which is stated at the bottom of the page, so buyer beware. Be a saavy buyer and don't buy here.

I also ordered a Glucosense blood monitor from Onliai, and was sent a cheap, nonworking pulse oximeter. No refund unless I sent it to China! - although it was shipped from Franklin Park, Illinois.
This company is a fraud.

The size is about 2-3 sizes smaller than conventional USA sizes and the fabric is very cheap. They smell of mothballs and mildrew. Very disappointed, the dresses on the website looked lovely and I was looking forward to receiving them. Than return is a a challenge and an expense also. So just don't do what I did and order from this site. Not good at all.

I ordered a Seurico Next Generation Intelligent Multifunctional Non-Invasive Laser Blood Glucose Meter. What was sent to me was a Pulse Oximeter LK87. I emailed their customer service and never heard back from them!!!

They sent me the wrong meter. They sent me a pulse meter and not the glucose meter I ordered. I sent them an email and never heard back from them

I ordered 2 of the blood sugar ginger checks and neither one worked. I filed a complaint with pictures and a review but they still wanted more pictures. Very untrustworthy Chinese company. Do not order Chinese products from a hi Abe abuse they rip you off.

This merchant is not in the least way trustworthy. I bought from them a non-invasive glucose blood monitoring device. They sent a simple oximeter. When I wrote to inform them of their mistake, they started to put on the "stall". Eventually they offered me a "discount" Of about 40% of my purchase price with no indication of either giving me my money back or the item I bought. When I refused and stated that I did not want a discount on an item I did not get and did not get a refund for, communication ceased. It appears to be the classic con scheme that the more unscrupulous Chinese merchants like the pull on folks: Promise an item they probably do not have in stock, then send a cheap substitute in hopes that the buyer will just throw up their hands and walk away. I imagine this usually works for them. If you try to stick by your guns, they will offer a discount of pennies on the dollar of what they owe instead of the full refund they should be obligated to provide. I am currently filing a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back but I'm sure I'm out the shipping and handling charge so they still win in the end.

Don't deal with these people. If you have dealt with these people then I am sorry; you're in for a bumpy ride to get your money back.

I ordered clothes for 121$US. They sent tracking nr but the order never arrived as they sent it to a non existing address. I wrote emails, they responded: "we shipped it again to you". NO tracking nr provided. They stopped replying my emails. I reported them as FRAUDULENT COMPANY on US reportfraud website
Do not order from this company!!! But be careful as i discovered they are operating under other different website names.
UPDATE March 1, 2025. Only after posting this review, i received the refund. No apology, no email.

I placed my order in November and received it on 18th February after sending 5 emails with no responses I instructed my credit card company to get a refund and only then did the company send my order. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Ordered an Ohio State shirt X-L. They sent me a small. WTF

I ordered a pair of socks for my wife the first of December & still have not received them. No contact info for the company to get the matter resolved so definitely do not recommend this company for any business.

I ordered four of the bunny blankets for my daughter's. The advertisement shows them as nice plush comfortable thick blankets. When they came in they were insanely thin and almost like a sheet. Do not believe they are the original bunny blankets. Do not buy from this company it is cheap China knock off junk.

If there was a negative rating option that is what this company deserves. This company is a scam. Do not order.

I ordered garage door cover. Garagebuddy Christmas. They sent me a different company and not even the style. Quality not like garagebuddy. Which I have purchased from getgaragebuddy.com. This company will not respond to my email which is the only way they’ll communicate. Don’t buy

Avoid to waste your money, it's not the original tackle, just a poor counterfeit.

Ordered a gift box on 11/20/24. Haven’t received any info on this so I don’t have an order number to look up. Tried to email and it always brings me back to the site. No way to contact them. Just read other reviews and they were all bad. Sounds like. Big scam

I unfortunately purchased an outfit from this company that was extremely poor quality, didn't fit & now can't get a response from the company to return it & get a refund. I really can't report it as fraud because I did get what I ordered, even though they say they have a 100% money back guarantee. I contacted their "support department"...what a joke. Don't buy anything from this company!

Extremely poor quality, excessive delivery time to the UK (over a month) and quite expensive for the product provided. Avoid this seller.
