I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and desperation. If you are considering booking with OWT Group Ltd, please save yourself the immense stress and LOOK ELSEWHERE.
My holiday has been PAID IN FULL, yet I am sitting here with zero travel documents, no vouchers, and no confirmation of my booking. I have spent weeks chasing OWT Group Ltd via phone calls and emails, only to be met with dead lines, ignored messages, and empty promises. The delay in releasing my documents is completely unacceptable and has turned what should be an exciting countdown into a total nightmare.
What makes this even worse is their deceptive sales tactics. Before they took my hard-earned money, their agents were attentive, polite, and promised a seamless service. The absolute second the full payment went through, the masks came off. They completely stopped caring about me as a customer, leaving me stranded in the dark with zero communication.
They sell you a dream holiday, collect your cash, and then treat you like a complete nuisance when you simply ask for the travel vouchers you legally paid for. It is shocking how a travel agency can operate with such a total disregard for basic customer service and professional accountability.
I have fulfilled my end of the contract by paying every single penny on time. OWT Group Ltd has completely failed to fulfill theirs.
SEND ME MY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND VOUCHERS IMMEDIATELY! I will be escalating this directly to consumer protection bodies and travel regulatory authorities if this is not resolved today. Utterly appalling and disgraceful service!

Jordan Parker was amazing with trying to sort me the perfect holiday. Nothing was too much or too much trouble. I ended up not booking cos of personal reasons but I would highly recommend. Thank you for all your hard work Jordan. I will be back to book when I can actually go

Efficient and listened to what we have nst d as a family

I honestly wish I had never booked with One World Travels UK.
I dealt with Agent Peter, and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. Every time I asked a simple question, I got a different answer. It felt like I was constantly being misled instead of helped.
They kept talking about ATOL protection, but when I asked for proof, they couldn't provide it. They also claimed that Brightsun Travel was their partner, but that didn't appear to be true. It felt like I was being told whatever would convince me to book.
The worst part is that they still haven't refunded my money. I've been chasing them for answers, but all I get are delays, excuses, and no real solution.
Once they had my payment, their customer service completely changed. Getting hold of anyone was difficult, and nobody seemed interested in actually resolving the issue.
This has been one of the worst travel booking experiences I've ever had. I would never book with One World Travels UK again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're thinking about using them, be very careful and make sure you get everything in writing before paying.

Kingston was very helpful, and was always happy to help with all queries that I had, and was very prompt with his help. I can highly recommend speaking to him when booking a trip.

Appalling Service & Delayed Refund of £2,458

I have been dealing with extremely poor service regarding a pending refund of £2,458 for my booking managed by OWT Group Ltd. They have been delaying my refund for weeks now. Despite emailing and calling their manager, Max Brown, directly on multiple occasions, I have received zero response or accountability. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I expect my £2,458 to be refunded immediately without further delay.

Ruby Elliott has been absolutely amazing throughout my booking. Ruby has suggested and put together lots of holiday packages for me until I decided on one that ticked all the boxes. Ruby answered all my questions and has been very patient with my requests. Thank you Ruby. 😊
