Had a great experience with this company, the quality of the products was definitely worth the price and my son really enjoys his new stuff. Had to contact customer service and they were very helpful. Shipping did not take too long either. Great overall experience!

Quality is great, i love one piece so all of it was perfect

Started out a little bumpy with the communication, but eventually smoothed out with both conversation and the items I had ordered arriving. Recipient was thrilled with the merchandise.

I bought a statue and it arrived in a garbage bag in front of my door. The statue was broken and the box was folded up.
I emailed customer service for a refund but they claimed I couldn't get one because of store policy:
- Items must be unused and in a new re-sellable condition
-One Piece Apparel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
They shipped a STATUE in a GARBAGE BAG on it's own and expected it to be fine? Not even bubble wrap. Then refused refund because their abysmal packaging allowed the product to be damaged during shipment.

I noticed there are 7 reviews for this sight and they are all 1 STARS, yet this sight tells you they have 2.3 stars! So I looked into it. Here is what they say:

"Bayesian average. We use a Bayesian average in the calculation, to make sure that a business with fewer reviews starts off with a balanced TrustScore. This means that we automatically include the value of 7 reviews worth 3.5 stars each in all TrustScore calculations. As a business collects more reviews, this becomes a smaller factor in the calculation."

So, I for one think that's kind of messed up! Considering every single review is basically saying the same thing, that they scam you, take your money and don't send you the product! That's pretty important information for people to know. People should see that they have one star if 7 out of 7 people have said they haven't got their items and rated them 1 star!

Wrong product, i ordered the thousand sunny lego and got a product that didnt look like the one I ordered, horrible customer service

Scam will you buy something from them and they don’t send you a tracking number or an order number and they don’t answer back your emails. They just take your money and never send your item.

I ordered a hoody April 20 and I still have not yet received it.
I have contacted them 3x time with NO response.

This company is not worth purchasing anything from so not sure how I’m going to get my $$ back !!

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and it has yet to be shipped. I tried messaging them after the first week and they responded with it'll be shipped in a few days. I then messaged again a few times within the following weeks and no response. I asked for a refund and of course, no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

If I could rate this website negative stars, I would. The company claimed to have "cancelled and refunded" my order after I waited to get a response for 48 hours. When I asked where my refund was, they sent another email that said the items were already shipped out. HOW DO THEY GIVE YOU CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND REFUNDED when in fact it wasn't. They claimed that the order shipped out before they can process the refund. If that's the case then where the hell was my "tracking info" that I was supposed to receive in a "few" days? It seems they do this on purpose so that you can't actually cancel your order. This website is trash. Their products ship out from China apparently according to the tracking information. They can't even tell you when the product even ships out. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

If I could Rate lower I would. Items ordered were very expensive and were lousy quality. Wrong sizes sent. Items only packaged in envelopes and received smashed. Ordered a pair of adult socks like could fit a five year old. Wrong size shirt sent and they refuse to send a pre paid return label to fix the issue. Please don't order find another legit website.
