Thank you for your review, and I believe the issue is resolved and timely replies has been given to the reviewer over emails.
This review, however, didnt reflect the reality as the order was dispatched on a timely manner as promised on our product page. The delay of the arrival of the order was due to the delay caused by the local Post delivery service which unfortunately was out of our hands to control.
The customer eventually received the order after two rounds of communication and follow up by our team over emails.
