Purchased order online over a week ago now and my order has still not been shipped. I have spent a lot of money in the past with One Empire which I need to save up my pay for weeks at a time to do so as your lingerie and clothing are quite high priced for somebody on minimum wage like myself... I am very disappointed that this/my order has not yet shipped or dispatched and is still processing... the payment has gone through but my package has not been sent. Please resolve this issue in future is my suggestion as otherwise I will be very reluctant unfortunately & much to my sadness to continue purchasing from One Empire in future.

I have ordered over 24 lingerie sets since 30.01.2023 and have never looked elsewhere! The material, sizing and shopping/shipping experience has been amazing and i have never had any faults where I’ve been disappointed. Customer service is very responsive in a timely manner and are always willing to resolve any issues as best achievable.

Will never look elsewhere as long as One Empire Sleep are still in business!!!

Avoid this company at all cost. Product has terrible fit and when you request a return they only offer store credit despite saying on their website and T&Cs that refund is available. Once return request is sent you never hear back from them! They just don’t return emails and chat communication. TERRIBLE

I love the feel and look of both lingerie sets that I purchased, they are definitely not suited to larger boobs though.

I love that they are a bit more unique looking than a majority of sets I have seen recently and they are a great price.

I am still waiting for my order and still don't know where it is even with looking at the tracking number it doesn't tell me anything. I have ordered things off other aus websites and they have used aus post and recieved those packages in 3-4 days. That is the only reason I am only giving 1 star rating until I recieve my items.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but i’m honestly just really disappointed. I had gotten a dress with underwire and a body suit a few months ago (both sizes Large, the biggest most pieces go expect for some XL’S) Once they arrived there was no possible way my boobs would fit inside the wires, they were so close together. Plus the material felt really cheap. The body suit actually went on just was so short in the torso area. I’m not a massive person keep in mind, I fit between a 10/12. The sizing was ridiculous once i got it, especially for a large. Anyway they would only give me store credit which was super disappointing because i felt nothing was going to fit, i just wanted my money back. So i re-ordered some different things in a XL (still waiting on arrival) buttt i soon got an email saying that one of them was out of stock … I understand it’s hard but that would’ve been so helpful to know from the website. Things just didn’t go well for me with this site. Mainly upset about not getting my money back with all the issues that occurred.

Absolutely terrible to deal with.
I followed all the measurements nothing even slightly tight they were not helpful in anyway and are refusing to refund me.
I’m extremely disappointed as this has made me feel self conscious with already struggling to find clothing. 0/5 stars

Ordering lingerie online can be a challenge but the team did an amazing job recommending me sizes and styles.
Overall so happy with the quality of the products and a very positive experience!

I had a minor issue with the shipping time of my order, but I ended up receiving it on time and it fit well. They even added a small gift for the miscommunication which was a kind gesture. I would order again but I would also allow more shipping time than what is listed.

The set I got was so beautiful!!! The material is also to die for. Thankyou OneEmpire 💕💕
