Easy online booking and the clinic was easy to find. Viviane was professional and made me feel at ease, the blood test was quick and painless and results arrived sooner than expected. Good experience overall.

Was able to have test done as a walk…
Was able to have test done as a walk in. Clean environment, friendly and efficient phlebotomist and quick result. I've had the test again as a result of hospital admission and it was the same outcome as One Day Test.

Fui super bem atendida
Fui super bem atendida, mesmo não tendo agendo horário. Foi uma benção encontrar a flobotomista Viviane, que para nossa sorte também é brasileira (o que me deixou segura para explicar tudo que precisava). Ela foi maravilhosa!! Os resultados saíram rápidos e consegui agendar a consulta com o médico rapidamente também.

Easy to Find and has Parking
Very Clean premises. Friendly receptionist and Phlebotomist.
I normally have difficult veins but got it in just one attempt.
Results came back quickly within suggested time frame - no delays. Offered review with a GP.
Overall very professional service. Will use again

Great service
My daughter is quite needle phobic and it takes her a while to settle beforehand but her appointment with Viviane was excellent, Viviane was very calm and patient and made her feel like the timing was her own decision and knew how to get her to relax. Very impressed, fast results, will use again and highly recommend.
