The whole process was easy. The phlebotomist (Heather) was lovely and welcoming, very professional, and took time to answer any questions I had about the process. The results came through quickly and were easily accessible. I did have a problem with the online dashboard which I reported and I got a quick response to say the issue had been solved. The follow up GP session was good. Overall well worthwhile and good value for money.

The test results reached me within 48m hours which is great. AI GP, as my first experience is just amazing, honestly one of the best consultation I have ever had. More than some human GP ( or specialist ) in terms of the relevent information covering any area, examples of possible diagnoses and clear guidances to the further examinations.
