Easy to book, friendly staff, efficient service

Absolutely great service. I booked my appointment at 08.30 in the morning, was allocated an appointment the same day at midday, attended the Crawley practice 10 minutes early, was seen immediately, treated extremely well in a professional manner. Received my results at 16.30 the same afternoon. What a great service. Will definitely be using this company again, thanks to all involved.

Used One Day Tests twice now. The first was an at home kit. The test arrived on time, instructions were clear and easy to follow and i received my results on the day i was meant to receive them. All round, this service was 10/10. Recently wanted to do another test which required blood to be taken in one of their clinics. I arrived 5 minutes prior my appointment time and was called in on time. The clinic was very clean and the staff were lovely. The whole thing had a very high end feel to it. I was asked if i understood what test i had booked and reminded of the length of time this one would take to get the results (which i obviously knew in advance anyway). Not had the results of this one back yet however if the report is as detailed as the first (sure it will be) i will have nothing bad to say about this company at all. So if you are looking for a reliable company for your test, i highly recommend One Day Tests.

Went to see Sophie at the Crawley Clinic. She was absolutely fantastic, put me at ease, and the process was so efficient, in and out in 10 minutes. Could not recommend One Day Tests enough.

The test results were later then the latest declared 10-working day turn around time.
Even worse after 10+ attempts on line and via email to get a status not one reply was received.
No telephone line is available. A visit to the clinic in Broadfield, Crawley, Daniel could see the sample was in the lad with no status.

Very easy to navigate the website with each test fully explained . Had my full blood MOT tests done on time and some off the results came within a couple of hours followed by the rest the next day with everything explained and what needed attention if they weren’t in range . So glad i had it done as if has given me piece of mind .

My phlebotomist was Sophie and she was absolutely lovely. Very friendly and I hardly felt a thing. There was no bruising and I received the results back within the same day. I found the service very efficient and would thoroughly recommend.

Everything about my experience was great
I arrived about 45 minutes early but was seen within minutes which was unexpected.
My samples were taken gently , and I didn't have a bruise which I've experienced in the past .
Rather impressively my full results were with me within hours .

Brilliant! I have been 3 times now and this healthcare service is extremely efficient. It is so easy to book online. Today I was met by Sophie who always takes a thorough health questionnaire check before taking my blood. Sophie is very experienced and gentle and I always feel confident with her. She ensures my blood samples are with the laboratory, sited next door, within minutes as you are informed when they arrive there! and today my results were ready within a few hours.
