Test results always come back very quickly with good information on what the results show. Highly recommend

It was easy to book
It was easy to book, I could book dates which were less than a week away as well as in advance.
On the day, I was in and out very quickly and Rebecca was nice too. The results became available in batches from 2-3 days later and were comprehensive.
I liked that on the website version of the results, each result had a description and what to think if a result was high or lower than desired.

Yet again I am unimpressed
Yet again I am unimpressed with the Customer Service from this company. Having booked a follow-up consultation with the GP, I logged in to the link provided and entered the chat room where the message said that the host had been notified and I should wait to be let in. I waited 20 minutes and eventually gave up. There was no way of contacting the company to find out what was happening, so I have emailed them and, on hour later, I am still awaiting a response. Maybe I have been unlucky as everyone else is praising their customer service but, so far, I have been very unimpressed. There is no phone number provided on the web site so, if things don't go according to plan, there is no way to find out how to solve it.

Great service from this company.
My appointment was on time. Phlebotomist was friendly and welcoming. Explained the procedure thoroughly. No pain experienced when blood taken.
Blood results were received within a couple of days. I can’t fault the service given.

Excellent first time
Really happy with the whole experience. It's the first time I've had tests done with this company but certainly not the last. Everything was easy- from booking the tests, visiting the Cardiff clinic and receiving the results. Very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend.

I am very satisfied with my experience
I am very satisfied with my experience. It was easy to book my blood tests. The nurse was pleasant and gentle with me. She also explained how to get my results. I received my blood test reports as expected. I will not hesitate to use One Day tests again for the tests I can' t have on the NHS.

I was early for my appointment so I…
I was early for my appointment so I asked if I could have it earlier than my apppointed time. Rebecca was courteous and professional. It was done quickly without any distress.
The result was quick too, surpringly quick. The blood test was done on the 30th April and the result came on the 2nd May 2026.
Moerover, the purchase online was easy to navigate too, very user friendly.
I do reccommend One Day Tests for any health concerns that require a blood test.
